Sold us a used car....we test drove it, and it seemed fine. No more than 2 days after we bought it, we find out it needs a new $3000 transmission. They, of course, will not take the car back or replace the transmission. Their "technician" passed the cars inspection before we bought it, but NOW theres a problem with it and we can no longer purchase the warranty. We thought we were going to a reputable dealership who wouldnt screw us over, but unfortunately we are now stuck with a car we cant sell, cant drive and dont have the money to fix. Dont do business with these crooks.

I purchased my 2004 Volkswagen Phaeton from JPA Nashville in August 2009. After finding the car listed online, I flew to Nashville from Washington, DC and was extremely pleased with how I was treated. They worked doggedly to help me get financing, picked me up at the airport when I arrived, and treated me with the utmost care and respect. Chris, Beth, Walter, Anita -- everyone I came into contact with was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is the first car Ive ever bought from a dealership, and JPA Nashville made it a wonderful and stress-free experience.

BEWARE!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I drove over 6 hours because the "Internet Manager"?? Ben Kirby had given me a price. When I got there, the price went up by over $2000. Then while negotiating a better price, Ben (my sales rep) sold it to someone else who walked onto the lot. The General Manager (Robert Hartman) said that he nor Ben had done anything wrong. I told him that I felt that the practice of luring me to drive over 6 HOURS at a price then changing to another then selling to someone else was dirty. BEWARE! BEWARE!

From the time I pulled in to get my car serviced David Travis, Service Mgr was helpful. While I was waiting for the shuttle guy Joe to take me back to the hotel Victor the salesperson was pleasant and answered any questions I had on my new Audi even though I didnt buy it there. Joe was kind to take me back and pick me back up when the car was done. Great Experience at the Audi of Nashville! Best first time experience at a Audi dealer since I bought the car in September! My experience was outstanding from sales to service. I arrived at the dealership to view a convertible, but was excellently assisted by Jeff Escu and then by Anita Leonard. They were very professional answered all of my questions without being overly pushy. My experience was outstanding. I will recommend to anyone in the process of looking to purchase an Audi, Porsche, or Jaguar. I purchased a Sedan Special Edition Audi, at an EXCELLENT PRICE. Jeff Escu worked with my bargaining skills fantastically.

I brought in my 2005 Range Rover for its 93k mile check up. Kevin Guthery is the most delightful service manager I have ever known. He has given me and my beloved truck excellent service and has bent over backward personally to see that my Range Rover continues to operate to spec. in fact, everyone at the dealership is warm and curtious when I come in for service. I will buy my next vehicle from Range Rover Nashville specifically because of the great service I receive. Thanks to all!

Not professional, Will not acknowledge you upon arrivals, will up charge your services, can be rude and very uncaring. I have had a 2003 & 2013 jaguar I loved the the service on 8th and Franklin Rd but so glad I dont have that problem or the headache anymore because I now have a 2016 BMW COUPE XI with all the incentives and free maintenance and they send me Godiva Chocolates just to say "Thank You For Your Business"!! My Pleasure!!! BMW OF BOWLING GREEN!!!

My experience at Land Rover Nashville has been second to none. The people could not be nicer, particularly Troy in the sales devision who seems to be able to do everything and anything. The service is incredible and I have never been treated better or comparable at any other dealership. They are amazing and clearly put in great efforts and care into their customer service. I tried to do business with this dealership and had a binding sale agreement on a high-end pre-owned car. After I made the deal, they sold it to someone else and told me some story that it was already sold. They did not care there was an agreement in place and pretty much told me " what are you going to do about it" very very rude and surprised they remain in business.. Shop elsewhere if you can

Most dealerships are working to make a long deal longer to wear you out and separate you from your money. But this dealership was the best experience ever. I had a well negotiated deal that was completed over the phone. I walked in and walked out with my vehicle in 45 mins. Super professional and the purchase I made. I would highly recommend buying from them.

I bought my 2003 Land Rover Range Rover from JPA and got an amzing deal, but more than that I was treated as if I were buying a brand new car!!! I have never been treated so nice in my life! Not your average dealership by any stretch of the imagination! I could tell they truly cared about me, and not just a sale. I highly recommend going to JPA Nashville!!!

Everything was completely explained to me that was needed. I had called ahead with several questions before I purchased the car, and every question was dutifully answered, even before they saw me. Their willingness to help and answer my questions gefore hand convinced me to buy the car trusting there was a reliable and honest place to take it for service.

We went just to get some extra keys cut. I was very pleased with the atmosphere, the waiting area, and the service. We were treated very well by the staff. Multiple people asked if we needed assistance while we were admiring the new models during our wait. Then when our car rolled out of the shop it was sparkling clean (which was unexpected)!

Service was very good. The problem was corrected and my car was clean when returned. My car was towed to the dealer so the repair had to be worked in between already scheduled appointments. It took six days to get to my car. If they werent good at what they do there wouldnt have been a wait.

Quick and easy drop off and pick up. The dealership phone system was down for the day and they thought I needed a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car. They could not reach me, so they sent over a driver just to check if I needed a ride. Great job making sure I was taken care of.

I recently purchased a used 1999 XJ8 Vp and Had it serviced at JPA NAshville, where I do intend to continue with service. The car is in pristine condition, garage kept and also serviced at JPA Nashville. The waiting room is very comfortable, and the my service writer is totally professional.
