Shady owner. Came by last week to look at a car that I planned on picking up on Dec. 27th/28th. Me and my girlfriend discussed issues with owner, and mechanic, both assured us the issues would be repaired before we came back. During the test drive, Jordan just played on his phone in the back seat like a 12 year old. Didnt feel professional from the beginning. Skip to yesterday. Came by to look at vehicle from last week but discovered no repairs have been made. Said it would be a week before it could get replaired because his mechanic wasnt there. Convenient, right? He also doesnt want to let me test drive again. He simply said Its the same car as last week and went back to playing with his other 12 year old playpal that looked like he didnt work there. One of the repairs that needed to be done was the turn signals. Front and back wasnt working at all. Claimed I dont use by signal. You dont need it to drive. I do it all the time! Really? Claimed he Wasnt going to write me a Declaration of independence or anything... on the repairs and this is when the conversation was over for me. You are truly that stupid, Jordan? Maybe it was a Kentucky thing, so I simply ignored his childish ass and left the lot confident in not giving an uneducated little boy my money. Maybe that one liner impressed some of the local boys and girls but not me. Jordan is a very unprofessiona, childish and simply a shady character. He wasnt even willing to put it in writing about the repairs. Well, guess what? You lost a sell because of that one thing kiddo. Not smart! If you read this and decide to go purchase from a goofball like Jordan, your loss and good luck. Jordan, replying to my post would be pointless. Go play on the phone like the little boy you are. You are NOT a businessman! Nothing could be said to change my opinion about YOU. Your staff seems nice, on the surface. I have a feeling you wont honor a warranty after the sell. Couldnt with good confidence, give YOU my money after your unprofessional attitude.

I bought a vehicle there a few months ago. They sold it to a credit agency, which I knew they was doing. When the credit agency got the paper work the car lot tried to say I had made no payments. The paper work and price I agreed to pay was not the price they sent over. I have been dealing with the rudeness from the people that work there trying to get it fixed. They are trying to make me pay $4000 more for the vehicle than I agreed to pay. The dash board was broke two days after getting it. When I took it back to the car lot they used zip ties and extra screw to fix and I was told they would order me a new one. Its been 8 months now and still no dash. Now my dash is crack down the radio because of what they done to rig it. After getting the vehicle I was told my new tires was on the way and they would replace them at no charge when they came in. A few weeks later I had to go buy my own tires because I was on the side of the road with both my babys and a flat. When I called the car lot and ask when they would replace I was told they didnt know what I was talking about. I have all the original paper work but they are trying to say Im the lie and aultered papers. They try to brib people with gifts to get you to buy vehicles. Thats why 99% of the comments on here are from people that commented only to recieve the $100 they were told they would recieve for post a positive review.

They dont keep their word on anything...there is no communication at all...Have a car from there and its about to fall apart they claim they fixed when they kept in a week and then want to charge for it thats not right and not what we were told when we got the car...and they was suppose to put a new tire on it and it splits in a week a new tire doesnt do that..and they harrasss over payment and I have never been late on my payment til now..Im not satisfied at all especially at what they asking for the car its way too much with all the problems it has and more keep coming..I think they should give us another vehicle..whats so funny you can never talk to the owner they never let you talk to the owner..who knows maybe the owner is Susan??? Makes you wonder..maybe if they treat their customers better,keep their word and work with the customer they would get more bussines and better reviews..so Im just saying from experience be aware of them...

A friend/associate bought a car there. The gas tank was empty when she picked up the vehicle amd the wipers were missing or worn completely out. She noticed a check engine light on when she test drove it. They told her they fixed something but wont tell her what exactly. Then she drove the vehicle 10 miles amd every warning light came on the car. Transmission overheating, AWD drive system needs service etc. Took the car back immediately and requested refund. They said they fixed it and wont say what they did for repair. Then she picked it up again and it did same thing. She hasnt even driven the car 50 miles. She has repeatedly asked what repairs they have done. Then to top that they reported the mileage to be 2,000 miles more than what the warranty stated. Now they say the vehicle is repaired but still wont give list of repairs. She is scared to drive the car for her safety.

We went in and sat there for 20 minutes nobody greeted us or said anything to us. There was an older man sitting there... he worked there. Dont know what his problem was. We left got somthing to eat came back about 30 minutes later. This time someone greeted us nicely asked what we needed. We where looking for a car. Keep in mind I have 0 credit. Im 20 years old, and my mom was with me and her credit isnt good either. Anywho the "sales person" ended up being the older man and I have no idea why he didnt show us around the first time. It was expensive and he was not willing to work with me on my payments or down payment.

My wife and I have been in an upcoming hill battle since purchase of our jeep there always available for your money. They ride out your warranty. They stick you in a contract you cant get out of. We have made every payment on time. But they dont treat us like valued customers. They play phone game dodging calls.bottom line they only care about the money, not the person. If it would ruin our credit my wife and I would get them back the jeep and go to Vic Huntsman.
