I received SUPERIOR customer service from the time I pulled up until I exited the building. The service rep was very helpful and offered loaner in the event that I needed to tun errands. This felt totally abnormal because in Memphis, I always, unequivocally receive subpar service and never ever have been offered a loaner even when my car was being serviced in excess of 8 or more days. I had to drive to Nashville to experience superb customer service. The service tech took time to listen to my concern(s) and then gave me a courtesy inspection to properly diagnose the problem. I spoke with Al the day before and was quoted a price based on a description of a diagnosis that I gave him. Upon the inspection, it was determined that it would cost more BUT he kept his promise and discounted the charge while still providing EXCELLENT service. I was almost on tears because I always experience such poor service in Memphis on every single occasion, but the service tech in Nashville was very sympathetic to the maltreatment that I told him I ALWAYS receive in Memphis and he gave me the absolute best price!!! I was so wowed by the service techs customer service until I vowed that I am willing to drive 3 hours one way just to come back to this dealership for service for my Panamera... This dealership is the EPITOME of what the Porsche brand really stand for! Lastly, I was TOTALLY blown away because after servicing my car I received a courtesy car wash. I have never ever received this type of service ever in memphis..... Kudos to this dealership for superior outstanding customer service and for not trying to beat me out of anything. The memphis dealership quoted me a price that was significantly higher than the price before you discounted your price.....I will most definitely be back!!!

The greatest car ever built, no kidding. I know that’s a crazy thing to say, yet I’ve owned everything from boring Hondas to my 2014 Boxter S which I was very happy driving. The worse car I ever bought was a brand new Corvette in the 1970’s (which was in service almost weekly). I was getting my 2014 Boxter S checkup when I decided to give the new Porsche 718 Boxter S a test drive. The result amazed me! Just try to get the smile off my face. The 718 is a 4 cylinder with a turbo that simply blows the doors off of any thing on the road. The 2017 looks like the previous Bosters until you set them next to each other. The lines are creatively more define; the interior has better supportive seats and a new screen layout for vocal and visual interactions. On the road it’s a true sports car, quick as the blink of an eye in traffic, solid, responsive, powerful. It’s so powerful that it almost lugs in slower traffic. Then, turn on the sports mode and the smile will never leave your face. It’s really simple. I got a launch model and may be the luckiest guy on the planet to get it. Honestly, once the word gets around I do not how the Porsche dealers will keep them on the lot. Driving it is a wonder life experience that let me forget about this crazy world by driving a car that loves to be driven. If you don’t believe me, try to find one and take a test drive.

Just purchased a new Macan from Porsche of Nashville. A fantastic vehicle, drives like a sports car but has the room of a mid-size SUV. The purchasing process was very smooth. Our sales rep was Jason Gentner. He was very helpful during the process and we would highly recommend him. We also met and worked with Jeff Escue, the General Manager, and Nick Wright, the Sales manager. All three were very professional, and helpful, and valuable assets to the dealership. They made the purchasing process enjoyable and we drove away happy with our car and the interaction we had with everyone involved. This was our second Porsche purchase from this dealership and we had a very positive experience both times. I have dealt with the service department with my previous car and had a very good experience each time. As a result, I highly recommend the Porsche products and this Porsche dealership.

Professional, pleasant, accommodating, thorough, respectful, convenient, knowledgable, and courteous....these are a few of the words I use to describe the Porsche of Nashville Service Team. Their waiting area is very nicely appointed with wifi, snacks, drinks and more. I was able to peacefully get some work done all with my 911 in plain sight the entire time the technicians worked on it. As for price, dont be fooled by the other name brand "euro car" shop you hear advertised all the time on the radio. I have tried both an found Porshe of Nashville to be the better value on several service issues. And I think their specific Porsche expertise makes them the clear choice! Why spend more money someplace else and get a technician that doesnt work on Porsches every single day? In short, trust your service work to Porsche of Nashville--they will do you right every time!

This review is in regards to the second, and last, vehicle we have purchased from Porsche of Nashville I found the general manager to be very rude and insulting. The sales personnel were uninformed and asked us to sign documents that they didnt even understand. During the process they had us sign the wrong paperwork so we had to go back and do it all over again, they tried to overcharge us $1,000 because of a "math error", they were very unresponsive about our European deliver, etc. etc. etc. However, the worst thing about this dealership is the service department. We have dealt with them since 2001 and it is one mistake after another. The last time my wife ended up stranded on the freeway because they failed to put a part back on properly If you live in Nashville and want a Porsche, go to Atlana, Memphis, Louisville or anywhere else to get it.

Terrible place! We were interested in a Macan and test drove one. They said there was a recall so we couldnt buy one yet. The first salesman never attempted to ever get in touch with us and was never available. We talked to some people at the Mini Cooper place (owned by the same company) and finally another salesman contacted us. After the initial contact, he didnt attempt to stay in touch either. Its been 2 months and we havent heard anything yet. My husband thinks its because we didnt look like we could afford the car. Ha! Looks can be deceiving!!!! I think we looked pretty presentable! Apparently they make loads of money and dont care if they get another customer. Needless to say, we bought another high end car from a place that actually wanted our business.

We were on our way home to Atlanta from Colorado when we had a problem with our Cayenne on Sunday just outside of Nashville. We booked an appointment on line for 8am the next morning. On Monday they greeted us and told us they would quickly diagnose the problem and offered us a ride back to our hotel. They called us and told a us they could have it fixed by 1pm. They had an amazing driver (Joe) who picked us up and returned us to the dealer. He was so proud of the dealer and his work and was a great host while driving us. When we got there, he helped load our luggage and the car was ready to go. Thanks again to the service team at Nashville Porsche for quick, courteous service. You made our day.
