I will admit that my experience is rare. I wasnt going to leave a review but these people had the balls to call and ask me if I could after everything they put me through. I would call this place the Walmart of car buying. You will pay less than anywhere else but the experience is so bad that you never want to go back. But you do because the price cant be beat. It took me a week to get my vehicle. On a Saturday I chose my vehicle, submitted all the necessary documents and began to check out. The web site wouldnt let me. It kept looping me back to the vehicle page. I tried different browsers, cleared history, etc. I brought it to Carvanas attention. For 4 days there was a "technical issue" with my account. After the 2nd day the IT manager allegedly got involved. It still took 2 more days. They promised to call me every day to follow up but didnt. I had to call them every day. Then magically everything was fixed. My delivery was scheduled on Thursday. They brought me the wrong vehicle. They offered a rental for my inconvenience. Enterprise called me and asked for my credit card. So you offer me a rental and expect me to pay for it? Seriously? The manager was ridiculous. He compared my $20,000 purchase to ordering something off Amazon. He said Carvana paid a 3rd party to transport my vehicle because it wouldnt fit on the truck load. He said this 3 times like I should be grateful that they had to pay extra to get my vehicle here. ITS YOUR JOB. At the end of the call he said he didnt know where my vehicle was and couldnt get in touch with the transport service. He said he would call me back when he heard something. He didnt. Hours later I called Carvana Corporate and they contacted him. He called me and said the same thing. He couldnt get in touch with the transport and didnt have any updates. So my $20,000 vehicle is missing and this guy is acting like were waiting on a $12 package from Amazon. While all of this was going on I ran my VIN through the dealer and found out that the specifications on Carvanas car detail page were WRONG. My MPG was wrong, my warranty information was wrong and the features promoted were wrong. So whoever posted my vehicle either outright lied or just used the default information found on Google. When I brought this to their attention they claimed to call my maker and said the information was correct. I then told them that the VIN must be wrong. The VIN doesnt lie. After getting a manager involved they admitted that it was wrong but did nothing about it. Since I ended up getting more features for a lower price due to their screw up I didnt press the issue anymore. However I do believe thats why they gave me such a hard time. The vehicle I have should have been $3-5k more than I paid. They were stalling me so I would get fed up and choose another vehicle. During this whole process the reps kept randomly offering to help me find another car. The next morning (Friday) I called Corporate again and informed them that Nashville Carvana didnt seemed to be concerned that my vehicle was missing. I told them if they still didnt know where it was and werent able to get in touch with the 3rd party bringing it then we needed to get the police and Onstar involved. They immediately were able to locate my vehicle and get the delivery set up. My vehicle finally arrived 7 days after I bought it. It was great. Carvana is a fairly new company so I give them a pass on this horrible experience. Theyre figuring it all out. I was very nice and respectful but felt like I was treated like I shouldnt be concerned about my $20,000 purchase. This was a big turn off. Maybe I was too nice and thats why they werent responding to my issue with any urgency. I feel like they prey on the consumers trust. They create a false sense of security through advertisement. But they lie and run you around just like any car dealership. So if you buy a car from here make sure you check your VIN with the auto maker and through AutoCheck, Carfax, etc. Dont trust what they put on the page.

I can see a future here I was looking for a vehicle to replace our Acura MDX 2008.Its a hard vehicle to replace and visited some of the dealers around .Same old story ,chased around the lot, bad cars and prices topped up by commissions. Then went to new car dealers and they wanted more than perfect credit and had to sit around for 3 hours in one of them ,being poorly treated to then go home without the car.Sounds familiar? Then I found Carvana..... and in less than 20 minutes I purchased my 2009 Genesis 4.6 which is a beauty ,28000 miles. The financing process was incredibly easy, although I did not get a great rate due to my credit being new ,I was comfortable with my payments. And yes ,they give you 7 days to return vehicle if its not what you expected ,and yes they give you around 4000 miles warranty included in the price of the car.Free Carfax too Ready for more?Yes, they deliver the car for free if you are in the 75 mile radius from the shop. All paperwork is handled online(makes it faster if you are computer literate) and no one puts pressure on you .They also give you a gift card with 25 bucks ,some candy and other few little gifts.Dont care?Hey ,nowadays many people dont even give you what they charge you for !! There was only a little problem with my vehicle that was slightly damaged during transportation and the guy in Nashville called and let me know before the delivery.I got a bit disappointed ,but here is my point and why I did ended up buying the car: -The guy called me about it ,he did not lie about a small scratch and some sit plastic trim being loose, and he could have done it ,being a used car and since it was almost invisible. -They offered to fix it for free and give me a loaner car for the days that the car was in the shop or I could choose another car and the would discount 500 bucks from the price.Thats how business is done and they showed transparency .I went and finished my deal at the Nashville shop and drove my car back home. They will send registration by mail . Now I am in the process of testing my vehicle during the 7 days.I love the fact that was my entire choice not being convinced or pushed by anyone to buy the vehicle. Not different from any used car deal;just do your homework ,fingers crossed since it can always go right or wrong. At least I have 7 days to return it and some more warranty .I am definitely happy with this experience and if you refer someone you get 100 bucks and the get 500 off their purchase....I am working on it Carvana!!. I hope it helps, thanks for reading. Update :got plates on the mail and car is great after almost one month ..so smooth its hard to believe!!

HAD A GREAT REVIEW WRITTEN OUT. MY EXPERIENCE HAS HAD QUITE A FEW UPS AND DOWNS. NOW I AM WAITING FOR THEM TO FIND MY CAR.... WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN NASHVILLE... TODAY. UPDATE: THEY FOUND MY CAR. ITS NOW IN NASHVILLE! FINAL UPDATE: I WENT THROUGH A LOT TO GET MY CAR. LAST NIGHT, I RECEIVED MY 2014 KIA FORTE. I HAD BOUGHT A DART THAT HAD GOTTEN DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT AND WE HAD TO WAIT A WEEK AND A HALF TO GET IT. THE CAR TURNED OUT TO NOT BE WHAT WE NEEDED OR WANTED AND WE SENT IT BACK TO GET A DIFFERENT CAR. OF COURSE, WE HAD BEEN THROUGH ENOUGH THE FIRST TIME AND THE PROCESS TO GET OUR KIA TURNED INTO A BIT OF A WAITING GAME. THE DAY WE WERE SCHEDULED TO GET IT, THE CAR HADNT BEEN SENT TO OUR LOCATION BECAUSE OF A SYSTEM UPDATE. THAT SAME SYSTEM CHANGE ALSO AFFECTED ME GETTING MY CAR ON THE NEXT SCHEDULED DAY BECAUSE IT WASNT ON THE DRIVERS LIST. THIS SOUNDS LIKE A LOT TO GO THROUGH, BUT I AM EXTREMELY THANKFUL TO ALL OF THE STAFF MEMBERS WHO I SPOKE WITH. THEY DID THEIR BEST TO HELP ME WHEN I WAS IN A VERY ROUGH SITUATION AND THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC. THEY ORDERED ME AN UBER WHEN I DIDNT HAVE A RIDE TO GET THERE (ALTHOUGH, UBER NEEDS TO CHECK THEIR DRIVERS BETTER. HIS SEAT BUCKLES WERE HIDDEN AND IT DIDNT WORK WHEN I FINALLY FOUND IT. HE EVEN SAID IT WAS OKAY THAT I COULDNT FIND THE BUCKLES.) AND ARE EVEN KIND ENOUGH TO TRY A COMPENSATE FOR ALL MY HUSBAND AND I HAD BEEN THROUGH TO GET THE CAR. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS FULL OF PITFALLS. HOWEVER, IT JUST SO HAPPENS THAT THAT IS HOW MY LUCK USUALLY TURNS. IM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE AND WITH THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED WITH ME, EVEN WHEN I WAS FRUSTRATED AND COULD BARELY CONTROL MY EMOTIONS. THOSE PITFALLS THAT I EXPERIENCED? THEY WERE BECAUSE OF A FEW THINGS THAT THE CARVANA PEOPLE DIDNT EXPECT. IF YOU WERE TO ASK MY FATHER IN LAW, HE WOULD TELL YOU ABOUT HIS AMAZING EXPERIENCE. MINE JUST HAPPENED THE WAY IT DID BECAUSE OF CIRCUMSTANCE. I WOULD SUGGEST GOING. NOT BECAUSE OF INCENTIVES OR BECAUSE I AM TOO NICE, BUT BECAUSE THE PEOPLE MADE MY EXPERIENCE EASY AND QUICK. MY CAR HAPPENS TO BE WAY BETTER THAN THE DART IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. FANTASTIC STEERING, BACK UP CAM, ETC. AND IT CAME WITH A LITTLE SUPRISE. I NOW HAVE REMOTE START! IT CERTAINLY BEATS TURNING A CAR ON TO HEAT UP, ONLY TO NEVER HAVE HEAT UNTIL YOU ARE GOING 40MPH OR MORE. (AS IN MY 05 NISSAN ALTIMA)
