Very unfriendly sales associates. I was trying to buy artificial flowers and one sales person pretended to be working on an end cap while she watched me! At the least she could have spoken and offered assistance but she didnt so I put everything back on shelves and left. This is not the first unfriendly service I received there. I will not, and I dont shop there anymore.

I love staff at my store, they always stop what theyre doing and hove assistance. How do you download your new app? I also received, along with coupons in the mail, via your email address, for a one time offer and it came up as not found. No one at my store had a clue about and was unable to help me. Please advise and thank yoy.

They have a great variety of fabric and sewing supplies and a decent variety of general crafting materials. The sometimes have really good sales. Once I got a nice Ott Light for just $19.99. The only bad thing is that if the stores busy at all the lines can get long, both to check out and to get fabric cut.

Almost any fabric that you need or want, you can get it here! Perfect for when I need to get some supplies for the sewing and yarn item side of my home business. But as far as lotion, soap, and bodily items, they dont have it. It would be awesome if they did, but the staff and atmosphere is perfect.

Like most Jo-Ann stores, service and selection seems to be hit or miss. This store has a few exceptional employees and I always feel lucky when they help me. Been disappointed on several occasions with both fabric and yarn inventory. Jo-Ann tip: Never pay full price - theres always a coupon!

This is a great store. I quilt and they always have a great selection of fabrics and all the supplies I need for my projects. They also have a great selection of seasonal decorations and the staff is friendly and helpful and keep the store clean and welcoming.

big store, nice selection Always have coupons available, they take competitors coupons, certainly NOT CLOSED... They have been there for a while... HUGE selection of fabrics and crafts. Have yet to think of something they dont have.

Hate this place. We only buy from here if she needs something immediately. The coupons are just annoying. The lines are always stupid long and only 1 person cuts fabric. Support your local quilt and fabric stores.

Good place to go for reasonably priced craft materials but poor customer service in regards to having the registers adequately staffed (it takes about 10 minutes to check out every single time without fail).
