To Whom It May Concern: I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff, specifically Joshua, for the exceptional service he provided me on 1 January 2013. Joshua was quite pleasant when he greeted me in less than 2 minutes and very quickly and accurately determined what services I required. Once I chose one of the frames he suggested, he was able to provide me with a deeply discounted labor quote within minutes thanks to coupons in your sales circular that I had not considered. Much to my surprise, Joshua was more than happy to complete my framing services while I waited on this holiday morning. He is clearly knowledgeable about the products and services your company offers and he truly outdid himself when he presented me with the finished product. This picture will look so professional in my office! I feel like I received incomparable customer service and value at your store and wanted to commend your employee for a job well done. I hope that you will share my thoughts with him and that you and all your staff have a happy and safe holiday.

This store offers alot of products, although they always seem to be out of what we need, but my biggest complaint is the poor service. I never have had a cashier that is friendly or a manager that seems to care that there are 10 of us standing in line. They really just dont seem to have any concern for whether anyone wants to come back. There is alot of competition in the area so I choose to go elsewhere. My guess is that the manager does not treat the employees well and they in turn pass it on to the customers.

Was a horrible store experience. I am of Indian descent and i was trying to return an item and one of the managers called Karen wasnt letting me get a return and was making fun of my heritage. Horrible Experience. 0/10

A plethora of crafting goods from painting to flower arrangements. Sometimes difficult to find an associate with knowledge of a product or item. No fabric sold here
