My painting was framed by Michales 2 years ago and four corners of the frame are coming apart. The manager, Lisa, told me that I had dropped the frame( there is no evident of damages) .I framed my own art works many times as an art student in collage 20 years ago and I can tell the people who work in Michales (including Lisa) know NOT THING about framing.

This is a museum, not a store. Look, but cant buy. The store manager closed all but 1 register over 40 minutes before the store was to close for the night. Check out line was 6 deep, waiting while cashier worked with a customer to sign up for classes, return something and then make a purchase. After 20 minutes waiting to pay cash, we left in disgust.

I love this Michaels! They have everything that I need. There is nothing better than going in, finding what Im looking for, getting up to the register, then one-two-sometimes three scans later and wala....i just saved twenty. Awesome. Love their daily emails with coupons...keep up the good work!

Very nice craft store. Plenty of selection and reasonable prices. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We go here regularly for frames and other craft items and always find what we are looking for. The store never feels dirty or crowded and things are easy to find.

I like going to get my art supplies. Prices are higher than online retailers but sometimes you have to touch and feel before you buy. Have to admit sometimes I go find what I need and end up buying online because it is a lot cheaper.
