I came in here over this past weekend (Labor Day weekend) to look and see if anything caught my eye. There was a sculpture of a dinosaur that I thought was amazing. I ended up taking a picture of it. As I was done taking the picture, I put the phone in my purse and turned around to continue to look around. Both girls that were working the counter looked me up and down as if I was doing something wrong. They then proceeded to have a conversation about how to catch people stealing from the shop and shared stories between each other about who theyve caught stealing from there, etc. This conversation proceeded the whole time my Fiancé and I were in the store and it was loud enough that we could hear the whole thing. I felt so uncomfortable being there. I ended up buying a necklace that I love, however, I felt unwelcome there. Its a beautiful store and the stuff they have is amazing, however, the customer service was terrible. For future reference, talk about that kind of stuff when there arent potential sells in the store. It puts a bad vibe in the room and it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

This place is a true gem on the walking mall. I have always been able to find a special gift for a friend, sister, teacher, etc. and sometimes something for me as well! The jewelry, pottery and whimsical metalwork animals are well made and extremely creative. They continually have new artists work which keeps it interesting and fresh. Great job!
