I used to really Jo-Ann, but lately the people working there are so rude to customers, that I may not go back. Last week my daughter and I went to get fabric paint. There were young workers doing something on that aisle. We had to wait for a young man to move out of the way for us to see, and then he stepped in front of us again, so we were unable to see the options that we had. I complained at the register up front, but was told they were doing inventory. Um... So what?! The customer should be able to shop, the worker should be able to wait 3 minutes. I was in yesterday to get fabric with my mother. She was in an aisle looking at baskets, when an older woman who worked there walked into the aisle with a cart for of stuff. She pointed up the aisle and told my mother "I need to get through". Again.. So what?! What happened to "excuse me" or simply waiting? Wont be returning Im afraid.

This store has a decent selection of items and is clean and organized. But where they might have used some of their extra space to carry more unusual fabrics and findings, they instead put in lots of custom frames and a sewing machine area. They have a typical fabric selection for a Jo-anns. This past week I was dumbfounded to see that theyve apparently stopped stacking coupons. In fact, the cashier took my phone out of my hands, scanned in my 30% off one item and told me thats all they take. She was borderline rude, so Im less likely to visit as often as I have in the past.

Beware of Jo-Anns return and coupon use policies. I forgot my coupon and returned the NEXT DAY with the receipt and coupon and they did not adjust the price! Also dont try to return any clearance item because its a no go. Although the fabric ladies were very nice over all my experience because of company policy is enough to make me to go Michaels or other competitors next time. A real bummer because before this experience I was a regular.

Can someone please explain to me why the service is so disgraceful at this location?! From lack of people willing to help and answer questions, to rude attitudes every single time i go in to this store!!! It reminds me of the DMV, thats how bad my experience is every time!

Its always fun to see what they have in the store. It has lots of material, craft items, trendy stuff for the house and garden, artificial flowers, wedding plan area, pictures & frames, fancy boxes, baskets, jars, you name it.

I go once a month on average and I always find helpful people. Typically the employees know a lot about things in the store. Where to find them and how to use things or suggestions. They always help with coupons too.

I love how big this Joanns is, however the staff could be a little more helpful when looking for items. Pointing the the general area in this big store doesnt cut it all the time.

Poor fabric selection and lousy quality; the employees dont know how to cut fabric from the bolt. They usually stretch the fabric which means you get less!
