The elderly tall Caucasian individual working here is extremely rude. Deliberately removing items from the cutting area, skipping ones request number, and denying the product is what it is supposed to be is just kiddish, unprofessional, and ridiculously stupid. Specially if doing it in front of the customer. Thanks to this rude entity that the store will lose my business and others around me. Hope this does not happen with any other shopper as there are many other stores who care about customer experience specially when you are selling things at a store front.

I needed to get some fabric for a craft at church. After locating the Christmas fabric at 50% off I picked out a couple and got in line. We waited 40mins to have it cut, waited another 5 minutes in line, got to the register and was told those particular fabrics were NOT on sale. When we tried asking why that brand was mixed in with the ones that had 50% off all over them, the manager got very rude and asked what would be a better way to display them. I will not use this store any more. Hobby Lobby and Hancocks are a lot friendlier.

After several visits where my wait for the cutting counter took more than half an hour I gave a negative survey. Got a response back from the DM with a bunch of copy and paste "sorry but please still shop here" responses, I replied back about my concerns and never received a reply. The coupons used to make Joann a better value than the Hancock down the street but Im tired of shoddy selection and service, so Ill be driving that extra mile or so down broad to Hancock from now on.

Understaffed. Girl helping us at check out desk was polite, she wasnt sure how to request a special order since they didnt have enough in stock. She called her manager who said she "might" come over to help. We wait, she never turns up. 20 minutes later, we leave. Manager should not be vague. Bad management. Understaffed. Went to hobby lobby and were successful there, instead

Love this store! If youre a creative person, you should definitely already know about JoAnns. The staff was friendly and they always have whatever Im looking for, even if I dont know exactly what it is when walking in. You can tell them what you want to do and they will point out everything that youll likely need.

Customer service was very short handed. There was one employee (older woman with glasses) that was working the fabric cutting table that was extremely rude! Could not find what we needed because there was no one to help us. We certainly will never go back. Would give zero stars if possible. A wasted trip!
