I loved JoAnns the first time I went in there. I was like a kid in a candy store. The only bad thing I can say is the need staff in there need to know about crafts. Its like going to an automotive store to buy a part for your car they need to know something about working on them. Nothing I hate more when I ask for help and they say oh I am not sure or they send me home with what I really didnt need. When I was in there I helped out other customers find things cuz the staff had no idea what the customers needed. They should have been paying me that day ... lol.. otherwise it is a awesome store. Better then Walmart as far as having variety of things.

Not only is this place WAY overpriced but the customer service is AWFUL. I asked and paid for 8 yards of fabric for table runners I was making for a bridal shower. When I started on my project I realized that they shorted me 2 yards! I dont understand how you can miscount 8 yards. This totally threw off my schedule and set me back a whole day. To make things worse they werent apologetic what so ever. DO NOT go here. There is a much better selection at Hobby Lobby and their customer service is great. I will go to Walmart before I go back to this place.

The best thing about Jo-Ann Fabric and Crafts is that its open Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday 10am-6pm. I dont find the fabric to be of particularly good quaility and the staff sees to know nothing about the merchandise, so theyre not a big help. Go somewhere else if you need advice on materials or techniques. However, this place comes in handy if you need something when other craft stores are closed.

I love this place. However, on my last visit, the employees were actually making fun of a customer who had just left loudly enough that I heard it halfway across the store from them! It was bad enough, that I, not being a confrontational person, almost said something to them about it. Very rude and unprofessional.

Jo-Anns has things that other craft stores do not but I refuse to go back. The staff members were all VERY rude to multiple customers. One spoke to me like I was dumb, though she was the misinformed one. This is by far the worst location Ive ever gone to. Never again.
