The Hobby Lobby in Wilmington has exceptional customer service--especially the frame shop. They always do an excellent job with my projects. The manager, Louis, is professional and easy to work with. They also get the projects done in a timely manner. LOVE Hobby Lobby!

This Hobby Lobby is just OK. The items they carry have been reduced several times so much so the store manager even spoke Bout how limited the selection is now. The selection of fabrics, flowers and paints is nice but the selection is slim for jewelry making supplies.

Always enjoy getting my model cars from here. They have a good selection of paint and models. My wife enjoys shopping here as well because of their wide selection of artsy gifts and supplies they offer. The staff is always friendly and very helpful as well.

I love Hobby Lobby!!! The staff is always helpful and kind, they take the time to help you find what you need and even mention when things will be on sale so you can get it for a good price!!! Wouldnt change a thing Hobby Lobby you are the best!!!

Worst experience I have ever had with customer service, literally..in my whole life, I think. Awful, horrible..do not go here. It is not worth the cheap prices...plus, they have horrible policies and fund horrible things so--just dont go here.

I love everything in this place but Id there anyway possible they could hire more than 1 person to work the cash registers. Its ridiculous how long the line is every time I go here. I would go more often if it wasnt worse than Walmart

Their managers are really rude and aggravating. I hate that their sales have to be manually entered into the register. They take down sale markers really early, which is frustrating. But I do like their products, so I deal with it.

Hobby Lobby is a decent resource for crafting and artists materials. The selection is surprisingly slim for the size of the building, but they carry a couple of items that are harder to find at AC Moore and Michaels.
