I went to Victor location for yarn because I saw a sale on the app saying buy 2 get 1 free. However, in-store you had to buy 3 to get 1 free (they wouldnt match the offer when I showed the cashier). I was able to use additional 20% off coupon (cashier said the barcode wasnt supposed to work because I was already buying a store sale, but it did work). Good selection of colors in small skeins. Some good colors in 16 oz skeins but not a big selection. Overall I was happy with the purchase: 8 large 16 oz skeins for $50 (basically 3 for free). Ill buy again when they have a sale.

I have shopped there for over 15 years. Nice employees and a nice variety of products but use your own bathroom before you go. Their bathrooms are so vile they remind me of an old gas station restroom; black gunk around the toilets and on the peeling flooring. They were shoddy years ago and they havent changed since. I was told it was the employees responsibility to clean it instead of a cleaning service. If I can afford to get a cleaning service, a commercial store can. Cheap, cheap management!!

OMG I have been in 7 Stores trying to find glue for my daughter so that she can make slime I called them and they had glue I started crying happy tears because I found it ..... This place is my The place if your child wants to make slime.There is a slime frenzy going on with the kids in my childs school and pretty much everywhere

If you need matting or framing supplies in the Rochester or Syracuse area, dont come here. Go to a place like The Art Store. They dont even have a plastic bag for the overpriced matt board so when its raining (this is western NY) you can ruin it on the way to your car.

They have a nice little room for kids birthday parties. Little kids enjoy doing craft work + its really constructive and organize play rather than the kids in the party mindlessly running around (which is fun too, but not as productive)

I had a great shopping experience with the employee not only helping me find my specific bead, but having her want to buy it for the same project. The porous bead allows essential oils to soak in.
