I love Michaels. I have been shopping there my entire life. But this particular Michaels...is such a let down!! I cant say that Im upset, because I still go in there to shop, but...gah. Compared to so many other Michaels that I have been to, its just so blah! There are always shelves that are weirdly bare, and its quite small inside. Now, Im used to stores in cities or bigger towns, but this place is so disappointing when I go in there. This town is seriously lacking in art supply stores so when I need something, I dont have many options. But, the staff is friendly and helpful! And they have a pretty decent selection of canvases and yarn, so thats something. They have a really poor selection of colored pencils. And the false flower section is nothing to write home about. Overall, its usually a disappointing visit, but I keep being hopeful. 3/5

While Michaels used to be my go to place for arts and crafts supplies, over the last couple of years, the quality and availability of items have really gone down hill. Its almost like the products they get from corporate, to stock the shelves with, are left overs that no one wanted back when the product was popular and is out of date. Popular product brands such as Tim Holtz, Jane Davenport, Julie Nutting, Dylusions, Prima, and Lyndys are either very minimal or just non existent. Their coupons are always great but when the stock isnt, it pretty much makes the coupons useless. Make Michaels great again. Haha! Until then, most of my money will go to Hobby Lobby. ;)

Michaels basically my home away from home. Since I started crocheting they have some of the best deals on yarn. If a brand isnt one sale then i can use my 40% off coupon either on my phone or in the Globe newspaper. The staff has been friendlier than in recent years and I love that they are having class that teach knitting or crocheting.

Never had a bad experience here, ever. The employees are always nice and a pleasure to talk to. The Michaels in Pensacola that I used to go to had rude and careless so this is a really good change. Prices are reasonable and the coupons they have weekly are amazing. Military discount is a plus too!

Horrrible they followed me around store because of my color .she didnt move from front of store until she saw me and my husband come in. Nobody wants anything from that store ..if I cant afford or I wouldnt be there Ill never shop there again.its 2016

This is the only local major non specialized crafts store in the area. The selection is pretty good, but it can get quite busy. Some of the employees are great and some are super rude.

Love the store, a little pricy though. Could get items from big box retailers cheaper...but is it worth going to Walmart? Probably not.
