I love this place. You can find just about everything you need HOWEVER: They do need to carry a larger inventory of Kona Cottons. Every time I go there, they are out. They have their other cottons but not a nice variety of Kona at all, in general. JoAnne Fabrics employees also just jumble all of the solid colored fabrics together... most of them do not know piddle about Kona fabric Sometimes you find a bolt labeled "Kona cotton" but what is on the bolt is not Kona Cotton..... so know your cottons, fabric lovers. I always end up going to Hobby Lobby for my Kona Cotton

They failed to contact me on two separate special orders. I had to call them 3 weeks after each order to ask where my fabric was and each time they said it was at the store and ready for pickup. I told talked to the manager the second time they failed to contact me and he said very matter of fact that someone called. I assured him that they did not and that was that. There are plenty of other craft stores and other JoAnne Fabrics that have much better customer service.

This map marker is wrong! The Joanns is in the next plaza on Ft. Evans Rd and Battlefield Parkway, almost next to Ci Cis. If you follow this you will end up circling Home Depot for hours like I did. Once you find it, however, its a very nice Supercenter. Much more in stock than the Sterling branch.

Big fabric selection. I get all of my fabrics for my cosplay from them. Reasonable prices and coupons are usually always available to use. My #1 store to go to for fabrics and crafts.

The review saying the map marker is wrong, is wrong. The marker is (now) in the right place. This is a huge crafts store with helpful staff, tip-top organization, and a big inventory.
