TOTAL ADDICTION! I couldnt ask for more. Except .... recently they totally flip-flopped the design of the store. While it makes sense from a marketing view (holdiay items on the right side of the store, first thing you see upon entering) -- for long time shoppers it is very confusing and what use to be a comfortable experience is now frought with being "lost".

Oh, how I wish there were a decent art supplies store in Prince William County. Michaels focuses more on crafty stuff, and its just too big for quick trips. Add in the fact that checkout is usually at glacial speed and youll understand why I avoid this place. Id much rather shop online.

Still a great place to get the supplies you need for crafting and being creative how every you do it. Staff is helpful and the store has good prices in my opinion. Ive gotten my supplies here for making going away plaques for people.

The staff didnt seem to know their own store. I had to ask four different people where "sewing kits" would be located at. Everything was neat and clean. The price tags where a little hard to find on a few different items.

Victoria was an amazing cashier. We are traveling and needed things wrapped tightly to keep it from breaking. She was so pleasent and work quickly. The whole experience was satisfying.

Always a great place to pick up my art supplies. They usually have everything in stock too. Great sales as well. The staff is always helpful and friendly!

Aisles are crowded and cramped. I got claustrophobic here. I couldnt tell if it was a hobby and craft store or a cramped discount department store.
