I had an experience here once that left me feeling quite angry, but overall its not a bad store. I had asked a simple question that for a novice, was a good question. The older lady looked at me like I was an idiot and while she did answer the question, she was exceptionally and inexcusably rude about it. She went as far as to say "what do you think youd use?" which offended me greatly. I can usually brush off things like that, but this time it was just too rude. It was awhile until I wanted to go back, but eventually I did after the store was remodeled. They now have more craft supplies, but still have plenty of fabric and sewing supplies, and Ive not had anymore negative customer service experiences. I still much prefer Michaels unless I need sewing items.

Wasnt even acknowledged when I walked in the door, although everyone else was. The three women working there were very rude talking amongst themselves when I went to the cash register and didnt even say thank you after I had paid. I dont think Ill be going back any time soon.

This is a small Jo-Ann Fabrics. They do their best in getting as much product into the small space.
