I am just coming from this Michaels. The sales person was not very helpful. In other stores the sales person always help with coupons but in this case I had to ask and she asked me to go online ( later on she did it herself but she could have done that before). I have far better experience in other Michaels store than this one.

Its a new location and clean, but staff didnt know where anything was after it has been open for a while. I also feel it is quite expensive! I love baking and crafting, but I wont buy my supplies here unless there is a serious sale and or I have coupons!

Rude staff, make up their own rules about using coupons, they dont let u use multiple coupons, say its one per household- its in the fine print she says. I read the fine print and it says one per type per day...

New store so things are still a bit disorganized and employees arent totally up to speed but its still a move location and lots of great products to find. I love that they take competitors coupons too

No one to ask for help, but all Michaels are that way anyways. But a decent place with properly stocked crafts items.

They need to train their staff better. Noone really is around for help and of course a bit on the unfriendly side.
