Generally great staff. Friendly, polite and helpful. Everyone, not just one specific person. Went in the store to create small centerpieces. You know the ones with the flowers, water and rocks? Oh yeah...tea candle on top. Anyway, the helpful associate sensing that I was completely out of my element helped every step of the way.

Love this store, always have great deals. I go for floral arrangements all the time and they always have a good discount. Also great selection for those that like to do kid crafts (decor for holidays, coloring books, etc.) Great frame selection also.

I called for a part time job and the manager was nasty, rude, and he hung up on me. I don"t recommend working there and i sure wont be going anywhere near this Michaels in the future. They can keep their nasty managers to themselves!

This store has a very good selection and usually has everything stocked well. The store is kept clean and aisles are open with no blockages. This store gets busy with a long checkout line but it does move fairly fast.

It would be nice of the bathroom stalls had hooks on them so I wouldnt have to put my purse on the floor or hold it while I pee. Not sure where you would find hooks though...
