We switched from Verizon, the rep that did our phones taylor was awesome and the young lady that helped us this morning was also kind , however the Sales manger JOSE OCHOA is a rude individual ! We were told yesterday the activation fee for a watch could be waived and the manager said he would only do it if we bought a sound bar package of $200 .. Im sorry sir you can not dictate those kinds of "deals" ! We have only had at&t for less than 24 hours and am totally discussed. I called customer service and everything has been taken care of and a complaint of the rude manager has been filed ! Thank goodness for the customer service rep for taking care of us and helping to save the at&t name ! Otherwise we would of cancelled the service already ! Avoid this pushy , rude manager at all costs !

When I went in to buy anew iPhone, the rep asked me what my home tv service was. I was told that att bought direct tv and that if I switched, Amy early termination fee would be covered by att. When I went back to the store with the early termination fee in the bill, the deal was not honored. Do not trust what you are told at this store, get it in writing.
