awful. i needed a gsm ready phone to travel to europe and was sold a device that i was assured would work when "unlocked" with a local sim card. called to have it unlocked an hour later, nope, no way. went back for a refund and was told that only a manager could override the restocking fee and one was not available for a couple of days. really? during this process i have been told at least three different versions of what might or might not work, in store and on line with the technical help desk. in fact the sales assistant most recently encountered claimed he "never went to sprints website so couldnt comment on the info contained therein" so i now have a phone that wont work in europe, that sprint wont refund and have no suggestions as to what will work. t-mobile here i come

The customer service was terrible and the representatives along with the manager were not knowledgeable of the services and options that were available. Im highly disappointed because I know Sprint is capable of better customer service than what was demonstrated in the Clarendon store. Do BETTER!

I returned my NOTE 7 due to the recall, a month later they CHARGED ME FULL PRICE for 2 note 7 phones, the bill came to $2,019.88!!!!!!! So far I totaled over 4 hours on the phone to resolve this issue: F this store F the employees and most importantly F SPRINT!!!!

They will sign you up for a Framily plan with people you dont know at a very low rate and then they will remove them gradually which increases your bill. There is nothing you can do about it once you are "in the framily"--what a screw job.

The sales people here are delightful. I sat down for almost an hour with a sales rep who was patient and calm the entire time while helping me deal with returning Note 7 once it was recalled.
