I have visited this store and the experience was okay (with the exception of the self-checkout which is a hot mess), but the real issue here is their astonishingly awful customer service. Earlier this week I placed an order through Target Photo for photos to be completed. I received confirmation that the photos were ordered, but never received confirmation of them being printed. I called the store and the phone call was hung up twice before a representative even answered. Then, when I finally did speak with a barely comprehensible representative, my call was volleyed between five different representatives, that last of which hung up on me. When I finally spoke with someone, I was notified that the order had not been started because the store needed to refill the photo paper. The Front End Manager I spoke with assured me he would call me back to confirm the order was in progress/completed. As I did not receive a follow-up call, I contacted the store again and spoke with a manager who was able to tell me the order was in progress, but he could not give me a time it would be completed. This store and their poor service are a joke.

Rude staff, I used to frequent this location because it was so close to home but from now on I will be avoiding it at all costs. Like previous posters have said the stock is always spotty, it is difficult to find helpful staff, and today the employees I came in contact with were just rude. As I was checking out (I was purchasing several clothing items, two of which were on hangers) the cashier asked if I wanted to keep the hangers, I responded, No thank you, He proceeded to ask me why I did not remove the clothing from the hangers myself because there were tons of hangers(in a very rude tone, rolling his eyes) then he continued to have a conversation with fellow (off the clock I assume) employees waiting in line behind me. Im sorry but I am the customer, I am not employed by target, there for it is not my job to remove hangers or bag my on clothing. Needless to say next time I am bringing my business elsewhere. Oh and since when are two hangers a ton.

Target has an enormous pothole in the ramp leading to its parking lot. According to the Manager, they have been aware of the problem for more than 2 weeks and she acknowledged that she personally knows of several cars that have been damaged as a result of the hole. The store itself has not contacted the County to remedy the problem and refused to act on my suggestion to mark the hole. In the span of 1 hour, 3 cars were damaged, mine included--to the tune of $375. Its tough to guess how many cars have been damaged from this whole since it caved it. I understand its not their responsibility to fix roads belonging to the county...but you think theyd make some effort on behalf of people spending money in their store. Target calling the county and exerting pressure could be able to fix what several motorists havent been able to so far. Just wish they felt compelled to act.

This Target is aggravating and disappointing. I just moved to the area and was hoping this Target could be my go-to for household items. This is not the case. The store is poorly stocked and disorganized. I wanted to buy chip clips/bag clips last time I was there. The first employee I talked to could not communicate in English, tried to flag down a customer wearing a red shirt to help me (he thought he was another employee), then finally passed me off to a woman employee. This woman spoke some English, but immediately passed me off to a third employee who said the bag clips were probably in the dollar deal area, though she wasnt sure. I went over to that area, looked for the clips, did not find them, and gave up leaving without making the purchases I had come for. Additionally, the woman working the fitting room that day was very rude. A very frustrating experience.

This is my local Target and I give it 2-1/2 stars. It is decent and I generally find what I need but I have issues. First, the stock of Revlon lipstick is always a damn mess -- stuff is out of place and they NEVER have what I want the first time I go there. Usually after several trips Ill get the item I want. Second, when ate self-service checkout aisles going to arrive. Why is the norm in a grocery store but not Target? This gripe is for the entire Target chain and not this location. There are things I like -- like the overall store layout, staff and Starbucks. The pricing is ideal (better than CVS) and varierty of food items is good. I try not to shop here on weekends (too crowded). April > I recently found out this location is going to get a major renovation in the coming months (should be completed by summer). Im hoping for self-service checkout aisles.)

I was in the Target this morning for pain releivers. I noticed a display in front of the store showing half price halloween candy. I was not interested in candy but thought I would grab some for the office. After checking out, I noticed on the receipt that the candy was not discounted. I went to the service desk, and they called a manager. The manager (Joe) told me all the candy was not included (even though it was all on the display), and they had made a mistake putting it on the clearance rack. He refused to make good on the 50 percent off, so I returned the candy for a refund......but wasted 10 minutes on their deception. I wonder how many people bought what they thought was half price candy. I will NOT be back to any Target stores.....deceptive advertising and rude managers.

The store team members are unaware of the services that Target corporate says that the store should provide (specifically that the REDcard prepaid card exists and is supported). I was turned away at the customer service desk, where the woman said "We dont do those any more. The company stopped doing them." I called REDcard and Target corporate to verify that the card is still supported and they both confirmed that it is active and supported. I called the store to attempt to figure out what was going on and I was told, with out any semblance of apology, that "if thats what customer service said, then theyre right." I mentioned that both corporate and REDcard said that the cards were still active, and the person on the phone told me I should just come in again.

I had a great experience here yesterday. I came to buy some presents and had the best help from one of the staff members. This guy was so nice and went to the back to get me the last Nespresso Nissia machine. I was so happy that he went back and got the machine, it will make the best present. The price of the Nissia with the frothier is $140. That is a deal! I was at the Nespresso store before I came to Target and just for the Nissia machine alone costs $150. So you get the machine and frothier for a fantastic deal, it was no wonder so many of the machine were bought. There is plenty of parking here and many cashier lines.
