Sear use to be a great store. Now the store in Westminster is more like a ghost town or a outlet bargin bin store and a shell of what the store it use to be. Its usually dirty and the department are not well organized. Walking thru the electric section looking at the it been pick thru by vultures. Nothing in the store really makes a customer say I would really like to buy something here and most people only park at sear for the great parking to get thru to the uninviting mall. You really can see what Internet shopping has done to the big stores and the going out to the malls for hours.

Do not shop here. Once they have your money they will not live up to anything they promise. I spoke with the General Manager this past weekend and he promised me that he would call me with a result on Monday and he is yet to call. You cant even get someone on the phone. No wonder this company is in trouble. And their "complaint" hotline? They hung up on me 3 times "transferring" me to someone else. I believe that their call center is in the Philippines.

Walked into the Tool section and I was promptly greeted by a friendly sales person. I told them about my Craftsman bottle jack problems and they told me they dont repair them any more. They told me where I could find parts. The surprise was they were able to sell me a new one for nearly the price of the parts plus shipping. I walked out with a new jack. I was very happy with their service

I purchased a fridge in June. It was delivered with a major defect. It still hasnt been fixed. They have said they will fix it and also said Id be getting a replacement. Its mid-September now and it is still wrong. Ill be filing court papers on October 1 if it isnt corrected by then.

I dont understand how this place is still open. Dont open the door till 11 o clock? Youre known for selling tools! For most people that use tools and equipment, the day is already half over before you even open.

My wife went there today to buy a new stove and microwave, there were five sales associates; standing around talking about whatever, my wife stood around for 25 minutes, she finally left in discust.

Its an old store with a small selection of tools. Not bad for a quick visit, but the prices could be better. Craftsman tools are not as great as they used to be.

The store is disorganized and sometimes messy. Customer service is ok but the people are not very pleasant and do not gobout of their way to help you.

Craftsman tools are definitely not what they used to be and closing on Sunday at 5 oclock is absolutely ridiculous @Least stay open till 7 oclock
