Nordstrom Rack is honestly one of my favorite stores to visit. Staff is hands on if you need them, but otherwise let you shop in peace (for me, this is ideal). Dressing rooms are well kept, and everything is normally well organized - including the shoe section, which is normally a mess in most stores of a similar nature. Be warned though: parking *sucks* on busy weeknights/weekends since the garage is shared with other businesses.

I never have had a bad experience at any Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack. my favorite store and my moms. unfortunately she not with us anymore but I have been going to Nordstrom since I was like 10 yrs old and I take my son and daughter there. I will be 50 this year and I plan on shopping there till MY END. Thank you Nordstrom for making my families life colorful and classy and sassy!

Disappointed by the customer service - I am very disappointed at the customer service. I was told I need the receipt for the exchange for an item that had the tag on it. I hoped the manager could resolve this issue as the item was only $25 and I can get the item exchanged but she told me she cant do anything either.

This is one of the larger Nordstrom Racks in the area. Two stories and lots of inventory. Larger mens section and more things in general. However, for some reason I always seem to find better items at the Nordstrom Rack in Fair Lakes. Its also easier to get help from a staff member at Fair Lakes as well.

While the store can be large and unwieldy the deals were fantastic and the staff were friendly enough to direct shoppers to the correct section. The store could use a bit more labeling in order to easily find different sections, for instance to differentiate the many areas in the dresses section.

The only downside is finding two of the exact same clearance items (color,size,etc all the same)that all have different markdown prices. Another boo, today they were out of sunglasses cases and if I buy sunglasses that expensive, I should AT LEAST get a case!

Selection is okay. But Im always standing in line here. 7 people in line and two cashiers and no attempt at getting extra stations open. The Gaithersburg location is larger with better selection and always tons of cashiers.

Great store with great deals. This location has two floors and underground parking right in Tysons Corner. Ive found that they generally have a good selection of mens clothing at a low price.
