The first time I was in a Fallas store was in NY and the store was absoultely great!!! Clean, organized, and friendly staff. I just visited the one in Richmond, Va a couple of weeks ago and was blown away at how messed up the store was. I was greeted at the door, but I would have been completely embarassed working there. They still have boxes stacked high and CLUTTER all around the store. The shelves look like things were just flung on the shelves. You have really manuever around a bunch of crap just to get down an isle in the back. Its like shifting through a thrift store with department store prices. So disappointed. You would think they just opened up and even then, that is completely unacceptable.

Really junky place BUT I like shopping here occasionally ..its very hard 2 shop here tho cuz u cant really see thru all the junk an clutter but u can find really inexpensive stuff..the customer service isnt the best but hey ,wutever..looking at the mess u cant really expect 5star service but no complaints from me..I dig thru the mess,find my items & pay..I still plan on shopping here regardless

Worst customer service ever!!! All around the board! Store a mess ALL the time staff swearing & very rude...good prices but not worth it! Mainly due to customers service!!! I rate them F minus, times 20!! #horrible dont shop there

yes the store can be messy! you have to take your time and look. this store helps me to save money with my son. I got to winter coats for under 20.00 bucks. name brand coats! they forever have a return shopper.

My neighbor loves this store great prices never had a customer service problem with the guys. The women that works can be a little rude but thier improving.

Truckers. Youll have to back up trough the mall parking, dock on 90 onto an improvised dock and be unloaded by hands. P.S. Stock up on food & water.
