Waited in line about 15 minutes just to purchase one single small item (didnt go to self checkout because it was alcohol and thought this would be easier). And I was the next to checkout that entire 15 minutes. The customer in front of me was getting a red card and the cashier couldnt get it to work after two tries. That was fine, I understood, but after being the second person in line for about 15 minutes and the other registers were all lined up, the cashier told me sorry but she was going to another register to try to sign the customer up for their card and to go to another register. I get they receive some sort of commission for having people sign up for cards, but you cant disregard another customer and send them to another full line just to get one person a credit card. Luckily my boyfriend happened to be in another line so I got him to buy it so I could just pay him back. Poor customer service unless youre getting a card.

I love Target as a whole but this particular location has a propensity to being picked clean of the most interesting merchandise, and quickly. If you compare this to some of the other local area Target stores, youll see that a supply of new and shiny [whatever product] will deplete almost instantly in this space, which makes it less reliable for obtaining many of the weekly sale items or even just newly released stock. But I give especial praise to the well-stocked grocery department at this location which some of the others are lacking, so its a bit of a toss-up.

I found this target by far the worst one I have been too. The 2 employees I delt with were the worst kind of rude. I had a gift card and wanted to use it unfortunately I didnt have the remaining balance I owed and kindly explained that and she laughed in my face. The young man at the service desk was in such a rush to get me out of the store I felt as if he did not want to do his job. He had an awful attitude. I will never shop at this target again. The target in the middle of the ghetto in sandston is better than this one.

I shop @ Target on many occasions... But the last 2 times I have bought toys for my son, parts were missing!! The boxes werent opened. Also be on alert for games.. My hubby bought a game that had a code in it & he couldnt use the game b/c the code was hacked. (only issues @ the Libbie store)

Found what I needed within the time I had. The clothing racks were a mess, though. No one was really around their assigned areas. I had to walk into the fitting rooms area by myself. The Starbucks was conveniently open inside the store, which was a bonus.

This Target is a bit more open in its layout than some of the other Targets that Ive visited, and has a full self-checkout section to complement a large stable of active check-out aisles. Usually can get in an get out quick at this location.

Our cashier, June had the worst attitude I have ever experienced! Such a miserable and negative attitude. Being in the customer service industry for over 15 years and as a manager, this is unacceptable.

This target is pretty big. They even have a grocery department with meat and produce. Checking out can be slow sometimes but the store is clean and has a large selection.
