My girlfriend was having chest pain and the grocery side which is usually open was supposedly closed and the lady wouldnt let us out.she was right at the door and didnt want to unlock it for us. My girlfriend was crying and scared bc of her chest. So I got a cart for her and we had to walk all he way to the other side and back down to the other side where our car was parked. When we got back to the other side. There were people still entering and exiting the Wal-Mart grocery side. So when my girlfriend got in the car I flipped the handicap cart she was in and i left a note on top of the cart. This was about 10pm and on the day of Jan 11 2017. This ought to be reported and people like the lady shouldnt have a job with the kind of attitude uncaring and disrespect they have.

Staff is OK, however this location is very messy and disorganized at times. It is extremely frustrating when the Walmart app states an item is in Stock, drive to store to purchase just to have employees say the item is not in Stock and when asked to check back of store they "KNOW FOR A FACT THERE IS NONE BACK THERE" this has happened more than once.

Slow and very few workers seam to care about the customer or there jobs for that matter ..the same thing you find at most Wal Marts ... Just like any work place the management sets the tone so Im sure if they were doing there job or had proper training it would be a much better experience for the customer...

They are friendly with customers, but their service isnt very good most of the time. They have just about everything anyone could want, but it sometimes takes too long for them to restock and someone always ends up shoplifting, taking advantage of the poor security.

The bathrooms were extremely clean. I cam for a late-night run and the cashiers were extremely patient and helpful. The employees answered a lot of my questions that I had about products. The store was very organized and neat.

The employer refuse to ring me up as soon as his friends walked in subway. So the other very kind gentleman made my sandwich had to ring me up. The man in picture is the one that was too busy with his friends to ring me up.

Capitalism is good and the store has created jobs in our community; Walmart pays taxes as well. Overall, the store has been a great place to shop. It is located near the interstate and no where near downtown Ashland.

I tried calling Walmart to ask then a question about whether or not they had an item in stock and no one answered the phone. I waited for twenty minutes with no answers. They have bad customer service etiquette....

Im not fond of Walmart as a corporation but the prices are good and this Walmart is clean its got a lot of great produce from local farms and the people are very friendly because they come from the local area

Clean store, Friendly faces, usually stocked well. My favorite employee Tyler Edwards goes above and beyond to exceed customer service. Management not so great but the awesome employees make up for it!
