By FAR the best customer service in the area. I went in looking to re purchase some items that were canceled from any online order on Black Friday and not only did they have 3 different people helping me find the items, including someone from the backroom, but they went above and beyond to make sure I found every single item I needed with minimal travel to different stores. They called to make sure items were in stock and I am beyond happy. I dont normally shop at this store because I have one closer, but it is definitely worth the trek for me. My 8 year old will have a great Christmas thanks to the folks at this Target. Thank you!

I have used this pharmacy for years. Dont know if its just the time of year but Gary (a pharmacist) had terrible customer service and ignored me when I needed to pick up a prescription. He helped several other people who got in line after me. His reasoning was that they were waiting before me. So then why on a previous visit have you asked me to sign up for text alerts? I use text alerts for convenience but have since transferred my prescription due to the fact that he didnt acknowledge me and then proceeded to help others in line behind me who just filled their prescription. Target you are slipping!

Great staff/customer service. Everybody are super friendly and helpful. Their products are all organized neatly and one of the cleanest branch. Very often they would carry similar items that you find online. Great locations, and always a pleasant experience whenever I shop here! Well done!

This store is mostly like any other target store, well set up, friendly staff, etc but the parking lot is kind of terrible. Dont bother trying to park close, just find a good open spot and make the walk. During the week the store is easy to get in and out of, but is very busy on weekends.

While others worry so much about locking their doors fifty times cause they think that all African Americans going to steal something from them, this Target is really nice. Enjoy shopping here. Can finally used my Starbucks rewards here now which is Really Great!!!

Its as close as short pump or forest hill so I can go there and sometimes less people. However holidays are upon us and it will fill up with people too. Its clean and like other targets so I am fine. Also its near Bojangles and their biscuits as well as aldi.

Clean store. SOME nice staffs.Staff helped me out when I almost passed out because of the heat while pregnant. Only reason why i didnt rate it 5 star is because shoe department setup is confusing and also, Ive come across some very unhelpful staff members.

The nicest of the three Targets Ive been into in the Richmond area. Last time I was there I was buying lawn furniture and the employees were super helpful. This time I was in the fitting room and it was clean and didnt smell funny like they sometimes do.

Honestly not the very best Target Ive been to. Their clothing, especially shoes, is very strangely stocked. I know once I saw a pair of shoes on display on the top that werent anywhere in the section of actual boxes. That kind of thing. Fine otherwise.

Nice quiet store. Shelves and racks are typically stocked. There is a grocery area with produce and frozen items. Also there is a Starbucks in the front of the store as well as a CVS pharmacy. All in all a nice shopping experience.
