COSTCO is the place to be for prices on gas and large ticket items. If you are a smart shopper and do your homework prior to going, you cannot over-buy. However, there are so many neat things that if you have not been there before you can end up breaking your budget. We have found that the prescription drugs are MUCH less expensive than most drug stores or grocery stores, again you have to do your homework. One nice thing is they will keep your prescription for you for up to 2 weeks, which is wonderful if you are unable to get there. They are friendly, helpful, and always willing to work with you. If you want things in small containers though, bring your own bags or boxes. They give you what they have and they are not always easy to handle. And NEVER expect something you found there and loved to be there again. If you love it now, buy it now! Enjoy!

My favorite Costso on the East Coast, for sure. And Im not alone - this place is packed from open to close! Despite being among the brands smallest locations (which explains other reviewers comments on congestion), Costco Manassas hardly ever misses in the area of overall selection and quality. Customer service is also reliably first rate... with one exception. The food court staff are incredibly abrasive - and most times just plain rude. So dont expect a "How may I help you?" And definitely dont look for a "Thank you!" Its obvious theyre under a fair deal of pressure to keep the line moving (welcome to the hospitality biz!), but theres simply no excuse for bad attitudes or barking at loyal Costco patrons. Im just not sure why something so easily observed has yet to be addressed by store management.

This Costco is the worst store I have ever been in. It is very obvious obvious they cannot handle the volume. They never staff enough cashiers, they never have enough at customer service, and it just doesnt make sense. One time I had them print out my membership number on the receipt. They said their printer for the card was not working so they couldnt give me a new one. I ended up finding my old card and I come to find out that they had change the number. Instead of giving me a call and letting me know what happened they decided to let me figure it out myself and go to the cashier when paying with two small kids. I know Cosco pays above minimum-wage but maybe they shouldnt!!!

It has very poor customer Services and who they have their do not Know what to do in there. I got very bad sperience in Manassas with Mrs Lynda A . I told her ; I need to change a pant side S to M and she did not care and say that because I pay with my debit card they must to return to my debit card and it will take one day to get back . I needed just to change in the same day and she did not do anything to work with me. I need that pant because it is cold and my son need a pant now and then the next day the money was not in my account . I called Manassas and talked to somebody and told me that it will take 5-7 day .

I like Costco n Im a member but hate the parking and yes the store is ALWAYS busy. They might want to think about opening earlier than 9:30 like most stores Monday thru Saturday. There are always long check out lines / wait time to finalize your shopping. This is why I dont go as often as I would like due to the shortage of cashiers. They really need to look into. This is the only store u can never go into shop n get out in a short reasonable amount of time.

Your standard warehouse with wide selection of dry goods, refrigerated, frozen and a wonderful fresh meat section. The meat sold here is a very high quality and of a very fair price. Going on Saturdays and Sundays expect a heavy crowd and possible long to medium wait and lines to check out. This location also has a tire installation section and a fueling station as well as the pizza and fast food counter if youre hungry for a snack or a quick slice.

I had a few items to return at this particular location and customer service gave me such a hard time for them because they were "perishables." I had purchased the item (bottles of juice I no longer needed) only a day prior, and they were kept in the fridge. No other Costco location had ever given me hard time about returning any item, and I have been a loyal member for 10+ years! Absurd. Will not return to this location in the future.

Best Gas Prices in TOWN! - Always on average between 8 to 15 cents cheaper than neighboring gas stations. Plus, I have the Costco AMEX so 3% off gas prices - further. Only bad thing is the parking is like a Zoo on the weekends. Also, since it is the cheapest gas in Manassas - alot of people from Fairfax and PW counties come here to fill up. So get ready to wait a little bit. Other than that, standard Costco.

I like costco in Manassas but I strongly dislike the staff. I feel like they are giving me a favor by they being there as a store. I would shop there more often but I think about it every time I go there I hate to see those people who work there in general. I think costco should work on changing the atmosphere in the store in Manassas, other than that I like the store.

Went to the tire center 45 mins before they opened, in order to get ahead of the line. Had a pleasant conversation with a couple of early-arriver Costco members while I waited. The associate at the counter was very efficient, having me and the one customer in front of me (yes, there was a member already waiting when I arrived) checked in within 5 min .

Nice place to shop at for a family, the products are fresh and good, very friendly store associates, the store is very clean, the aisles are wide and items are easy to find, check out is extremely quick, Costco is good for families not for single customers, Ill definitely recommend Costco to friends and family

Im reviewing this as a place to eat. Yes, you can eat here without a membership, and its very good. Everything they serve is high quality and low cost. Cant beat a hot dog and soda for 1.50. Also the Italian sausage with peppers and onions, the brisket sandwich (homer simpson drooling noise).

Cheapest gas around, but this place is always terribly busy and packed - the lines long, and the parking lots jammed. Dont even bother with any automotive services unless youre able to leave the car for several hours. They take appointments, but there normally booked for several weeks out.

To the costo member that comes to the line on a busy Saturday afternoon and expect the cashier to stop ringing and walk back and pick a pineapple that was riper then the one she originally picked out, GET A LIFE!!!! People like that will be the first one to complain about service.
