Found a CO Detector online that was listed as in-stock at this store. Got to the aisle and all of the SKUs were in the wrong places. After literally reorganizing half of the pegboard so that the SKUs would match their respective labels/positions, I finally found the item I was looking for hiding in the wrong peg behind 4-5 units of a different SKU. When an employee walked by, I informed him about the situation with the wrong SKUs living in the wrong positions and that I had fixed many of them but wanted him to know so that someone could be sure to fix the remaining issues before more customer confusion ensues. The employee seemed annoyed at me, as if I were trying to make his job more difficult, despite the fact that I had just taken a half hour of my free time to basically reorganize the shelf (i.e. put the products back into their correct slots), effectively helping him out with his job, without even getting paid. Employees should be more appreciative of people who actually take the time to do the right thing, rather than doing what many people do and throw the wrong items on the floor until they find what theyre looking for and leave (making the problem much worse). You should be rewarding/praising good behavior -- not bad behavior.

For the most part I have not had a problem at this Target store, thus I will add a star to the review. Yet the other day I go in to buy a fairly expensive item (Sonicare tooth brush) which I was able to find on Amazon sold at retail value from Sonicare themselves for roughly $20.00 dollars cheeper. Since I was in the store I figured I would price match and pick up the item. I was told upon reaching customer service that price matching Amazon (a direct competitor) was "difficult" and would take time. Meaning that the lady behind the counter did not want to take the time to sell a $189.00 item (mind you later I found out the item was also on the Target website for the same price). To that note, I will not ever be going back to this Target as there is no point fighting them to compete with others for business. Ordered from Amazon in under 2 minutes standing next to the customer service counter and had the product delivered at the same exact price (including shipping) 4 hours later at my door. Why go here and waste money to have horrible customer service and higher prices? (funny that "customer service" was the name of the counter I was standing at as I was given more reason to give Amazon my continuing business).

As far as Target stores go, this one is average. If you are a mom-to-be, this particular location is very disappointing. The maternity clothes section has about a dozen options to choose from, most of which are only flattering if you are a petite woman with a perfect 6+ month baby bump. If you are not a petite body type or if you are less than 6 months pregnant, you are better off shopping at a goodwill/consignment store to find gently used maternity clothing. Annoying side note, but really only for those of you building a baby registry, this store always seems to have "[given] their last welcome gift bag [for baby registrants] to the last customer."

This particular Target is really disorganized... They have these elaborate displays set up to look high-end, but pretty doesnt cover up dysfunctional. Price are never in the right place, I have to hunt up and down shelves to find the cost of the thing I want, then their computers at the register often ring things up at a price thats different from what was advertised. If youre not looking at shelf tags and your receipt here, youll end up overpaying almost every trip. I dont have this problem at other Targets.

I love Target. Not going to lie I probably spend too much money there. Unfortunately this target does not contain a wide variety of sizes of clothing. Also the clothing racks are so close together that a standard shopping cart doesnt fit between two racks. I actually stopped browsing for clothing even though I intended on purchasing clothing simply because I could not push my shopping cart between racks of clothes.

I went to look for a mens umbrella. An employee took me to the womens umbrellas section. I asked if they had a section for mens umbrellas, and she tried telling me that the womens umbrellas were mens umbrellas. Before I could say anything, she started walking away. I had to find the mens umbrellas section myself, which is in the sportswear section.

Terrible customer service / MOD . I was there on the 22nd, and was told that all Iphones are on Hold for Black Friday, and they also confirmed the AD they had on is just a false Advertising!!! This is completely unacceptable to waste your customers time and effort with a non-sense ad. Not cool Target, not cool.

This target is terrible. I walked in here once to buy an umbrella but instead was asked to empty my pockets because this employee suspected I stuffed something in my pocket. I only had my phone, keys, and wallet; even when I showed them that, I received no apology. I will not ever come to this location again.

Target used to be a great price store, not anymore. Expensive food, frozen or fresh. Sometimes offers are ok. Clothes and shoes for young people, not good quality. It is clean, organized, great number of open cashiers and employees are very kind. Just for some items from time to time, unfortunately.

I come here a lot during my lunch break because its close to work. A good sized target with just about everything you would need when going to a target. They have a Starbucks and Pizza Hut inside which is nice. Staff is normally pretty friendly and helpful as well.

I have been shopping at this Target for over 10 years now. The staff are always helpful, polite,kind and courteous . The managers are always around and in sight of the customers. When busy, extra registers are opened for faster check out.

Friendly staff that knows your name and face, says hello whenever you come around. Always clean and well organized, things always priced correctly on the shelves. I never have to wait in line very long. One of my favorite places to shop!

It is not one of the larger Targets. However, it does have a good selection of the products we purchase. It has a variety of services including food, beverages, and photo printing (although photo printing is down too often.)

If you are looking for boys clothes or mens shoes, go somewhere else. Im here looking for clothes for my 2 year old son and they have basically 2 shelves for boys with the entire rest of the section being girls clothes.

Good location in Reston, always clean and well stocked. Have a grocery section in this one with the other standard departments. Also have a Starbucks as well as small food court with hot dogs, pizza, popcorn.

Basic run of the mill Target. Its not a "Super" Target, so if youre looking for all the bells and whistles, it isnt here. They do have a Starbucks inside. Never too crowded, lines are never too long.
