Never really wrote a review for a Retail Store before. Anyways I read the other reviews have to agree with all the positives! Its classy, beautiful layout, antique wood is just soooo WOW, definitely upscale with super kind, helpful, associates whos main agenda is towards the customer! For the person who wrote that the associates were not interested in the customer is WRONG! They are taught to let the customer browse with out being aggressive for a sale! They are not car sales persons, they are truly associates who are there when you need something NOT there to hear your life story! To boot I have head how there Management treats them and it is nice to hear good compliments from even the associates are treated. There Credit Department is really awesome because Von Maur handles there own Credit which is not like any other retail store another AWESOME from me! Thanks for making me feel like a REAL customer you have earned a customer for life!!!

I LOVE this store! The sales associates in the childrens and adult shoe sections as well as the hosiery and lingerie sections are very polite, helpful, and friendly. I love the layout of the store! Its so easy to find exactly what Im looking for. I hit this store before any others when I go to the mall.

Love this store ,opened an account no interest no late fees and awesome customer service also free gift wrap and free delivery . Awesome sale prices as well as great merchandise . Where can you get that in any other store ? NOWHERE

Very classy store! Felt like I was in slow motion when I was in there. Pianist is great. Very expensive store though. Sales people didnt seem too interested in the shoppers though. kind of surprised by that.

Beautiful, but lacks luxury brands (Hugo Boss, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Original Penguin are all brands carried at non-upscale stores like Macys or Dillards).
