I have always been happy shopping here for miscellaneous odds and ends, however, my most recent experience prompted me to write. I had seen a dress that I really liked but couldnt find my size. The saleswoman tried finding it in the store and in a variety of other stores, but still wasnt able to find my size. I thanked her and continued shopping. I was in the store 20 more minutes, nowhere near the dresses when this same woman came running to me. She had found the dress, in the size I was looking for and tracked me down in the store. I cannot say how impressed that I was! In a time of apathy this woman went above and beyond and I was so appreciative. To further add to my experience, at check out, another woman went out of her way to find me a coupon to assist with the sale. I am a customer for life!

If I could leave zero stars I would go my hair cut and colored first the color only dyed half my hair and the cut is the worst I might as well have cut it myself its so bad even my husband noticed it. I would not recommend this place to anyone might as well have wiped my ass with the money spent here

I really do like JC Penney, especially this one in Marketplace Mall.
