Ive mastered food shopping at Target by using their Cartwheel App for additional discounts after coupons, store coupons found on their website, mobile coupons, and manufacturing coupons. Never go to Carlisle and expect to use coupons --- they will treat you like a criminal! Not so with Chambersburg, which is conveniently 2 miles from my house. Its just a tad smaller than the Hagarstown store, but they are super friendly, coupon friendly (Im talking legit non-expired by the rules couponing), and they are quick to recommend additional savings opportunity, like their Red Card (an additional 5% discount off EVERYthing). I do it all! Once you learn their brands, the rules, and understand how to stack the discounts, I highly recommend this store for ALL grocery items with the exception of fresh meat and produce. The brand name produce is okay, but Ive had bad experiences with ground beef, for instance. Everything else is a thumbs up and youll save money! They are increasing the number of organic and gluten free brands so that drives the prices down. I buy almost all of my personal care items, health care items, pet items, and laundry/cleaning products here (what I dont order from Amazon). They have a great selection, the store is clean, and most all employees are very helpful, especially in this store. I usually skim over the womens clothing area every other visit - Cartwheel will occasionally offer additional discounts, but their clearance areas offer great deals. There are usually clearance items scattered throughout the store, but grocery and personal care/cleaning items, check all the ends of the aisle for clearance items. This store has a Family Restroom, which I use exclusively. Theres a Starbucks in the front of the store. And Ive learned the Pharmacy is run by CVS (who knew) and it really works for me because their customer service is MUCH better than Walmart and the actual CVS stores in Chambersburg. And unlike Walmart, they store all of your personal information along with my insurance info so that I dont have to produce my card every time. They allow you to call in refills through an automated line and they are pretty good about leaving automated messages when you are due for a refill. One of the good Target stores, and I definitely recommend. Ours is conveniently located in the heart of where most of our medical offices are, restaurants, Sheetz Gas station right behind Target, Kohls, Giant Foods, and all my favorite hot spots.

A great Target! The store is very open and spacious. Lots of great discounts and offers! Store often does not seem to have enough people for checkouts and usually always run into long lines. Has a Starbucks inside for those who need coffee. Lots of seating available inside the Starbucks as well.

Love the deals I find but truly last 2 times the cashers were awful and rude. Then they dont want to acknowledge deals that ring up wrong. Also they no longer let you keep hangers that come from the manufacturer with the product. My family is done with Target.

Very pleasant experience at Chambersburg Target. I have been to many Targets between New Jersey, Maryland, and PA and PA Customer service employees are very nice and helpful, but cant say the same for Jersey and Maryland though...

Prices are higher than Walmart, but I like the atmosphere better. Plus, they have some stuff I only get here. I like the grocery section. Clothes arent my favorite. Some clearance deals are awesome.

In my experience, this Target has friendly staff and does a good job of maintaining long lines as best as they possibly can. That is one thing I can really appreciate with a restless toddler!

Target seems to have everything you need.Its not too crowded (unlike Wal-Mart were its crowded) You can find the stuff and checkout easily. Staff are helpful and the place is maintained.
