Lack of knowing their own policy led to the loss of my coupon. I made a purchase using a coupon that I returned the next day because the product did not work for my space. The customer service representatives did not return the coupon to me nor would they return the value on a Target Giftcard. The Target coupon policy clearly states that the "Return of an item purchased using a Manufacturer Coupon may receive coupon value returned in the form of a Target Giftcard." The customer representatives, Jade and another younger girl (was not wearing a name tag), treated me like I was stealing from Target when I asked for the $2 on a Target Giftcard. They were unwilling to look through the bins to return my coupon and stated they could not give me the value of the coupon back. Needless to say I was flustered, but I then called customer service and they instructed me to go back and speak with the manager OR the lead on duty (LOD), who is higher than the manager. Unwillingly I went back to the store and spoke with Bob, the manager on duty. Bob understood the policy and treated my husband and I with the respect we deserved in the first place. He corrected the wrong and returned the $2 value back to us. I caution use of coupons at this store ESPECIALLY if customer service representatives do not know the policies. It seems there is still some education to be done with the customer service representatives regarding their own policies -and manners.

I will be very honest the employees are very nice and helpful here. I was in very bad back pain and the amigo that I was using was running low on batteries. An associate went out there way to get another amigo and bring it to me to switch out. This young man didnt have to, I declined his assistance. I had prepared my self to prop up on a walking basket. A few minutes later he appears with an amigo. Very happy and appreciative. This was December 11, 2015 in the produce department. Now I have a totally different situation on Thursday, January 21st around 7 pm my husband and I were shopping at Target and decided to grab some coffee from the Starbucks. The young lady at the counter seemed disturbed that we even stopped to attempt to purchase any coffee. My husband has a small addiction to Verona coffee and asked if he could get a tall Verona, we dont have any brewed, was her response. She attempted to say she had two others and that was all. She didnt offer to make any and no apologies were given. My husband had tossed the idea of getting one of the other two around, but declined and left the store. Starbucks inside of the other stores has a past of not providing the best service as a stand alone store but however, we have purchased Starbucks from other Target locations and it was a very nice experience. This young lady needs to know what the customer expectations and experiences can do for your store.

Since target only accepts calls, not emails, on their website, Ill make my feedback here and hope its seen. I just waited in line for 20 minutes to return an item at the customer service desk, even though only two people were in front of me when I arrived. There was some kind of issue with the return that one of them was trying to make, but the one employee staffing the desk moved very slowly and did not call for help. As she was chatting with the next customer (i had been waiting over 15 minutes at this point) I asked her politely if she could call someone to help her (there were also several people behind me at this point), and she replied no, because she was almost done. No one else was called to help, and I made it out after 20 minutes, but who knows how long it took those behind me. Poor service... If this employee didnt have the sense to call for help, a manager should have seen what was going on and stepped in.

Target is my go to place because theres lots of lines open to assist the influx of customers purchasing items. The cashiers are quick so the wait isnt long in the lines. Target isnt overpriced. Their prices are comparable to Wal-Mart. Ive noticed that the prices are within cents of each other. Target has a smartphone app Cartwheel in which you can clip coupons. You can check Targets website to see if your neighborhood Target has a particular item that you want or need. Thats been very helpful to me as I can check the Target near home, work, or church and not have to waste gas and time and the item is sold out. Thank you!! The staff greet the customers throughout the store as theyre walking through the store working. The store and bathrooms are clean. They offer photo printing and have a registry for expectant mothers and weddings.

Ive preordered games from here twice now and no one understands how the preordering works. This was atleast a month between the visits. Train your employees more about it please. Needless to say, Im also pretty annoyed that just because you preorder a game doesnt mean theyll hold the game for the two days that the reservation card is valid. Tried to have a manager called over the walkie talkies and neither of the two managers on floor responded to help dispute this.. The point of PRE-ordering is so you have a copy in case they sell out when it releases. Get with the program or dont bother offering preorders.

Still better than the Walmart next door, but only marginally. Store is poorly managed and has repeatedly stocked items on shelves that are "not for sale yet." Made my five year old cry when they told her that a toy that was on the shelf at this store was not supposed to be released for another two weeks and she couldnt buy it. Store also does not meet normal standards of order and cleanliness for a Target. This is definitely the low bar for area Target stores.

I typically use the self check out and like doing so. But this visit was a little different, I scanned an item, the price was too high, so I deleted the item. Big mistake, the computer prompted I sales associate. Needless to say, I stood there for quite some time until someone came. My point being, any one should be able to delete an item and continue scanning his or her order. So much for quick check out via self service...

The wifey loves Target and their clean stores and familiar layout. You can find clothes, food, cleaning supplies, toys, and electronics at Target. Prices are usually pretty competitive and you can save more by getting a TArget Red card that will give you 5% off every purchase. You have to connect your bank account to the card though, so that may deter some.

I love shopping target. They have a lot of things Id like to purchase. I like their oraka pickel. Enjoy looking at holiday candies. Wish they carried more clothes for the plus size! Wish they offered classes on using my cell phone or tablets. There are a lot of us without experience in these things and Id like to be up on technology too!

Padma - Indian cashier and store manager are stupid. They need to learn basics of Customer service instead of talking trash to the customers. I hope they have some manners so they wont look so stupid. Padma thinks she is somebody. Attitude. She needs to realize she is just a ordinary cashier working for a minimum wage.
