I bought a pair of pants the night before to go out. I really liked the pants however when I got home and put them on I realized they had a button missing. I would have returned them that night but they were closed. So I wore the pants out and put a belt on to keep the pants together, they ripped the first night. And they were not Ill fitting, just cheaply made. I came back the next day hoping it would be an easy exhange once I explained and gave them the receipts but they told me that they didnt sell me pants without a button on them and that because I ripped them and took the button off (???) that they could not exchange them. Literally the dumbest way to lose a customer. The manager Kristine was very curt and unwilling to correct the mistake that they caused by selling defective and incomplete pants.

I called before coming into the store to check and make sure they would accept my return (it was a face cream that completely irritated my skin) and the woman who answered the phone said yes. So, when I go into the store to do the return, they basically tell me they dont accept returns on open products. I told the manager what time I called and gave the employees name. The manager asked the employee if she approved the return over the phone, to which she replied "I never said that." Sigh. I understand youre trying to save yourself, but please next time own up to your mistakes. The manger was extremely courteous through this process and went ahead with the return anyway. Of course, now I know the proper return policy so this wont happen again, but dont call unless you enjoy a serious lack of communication.

I was invited for this event which they have apperently once in a while, bc I have a TJMax credit card.It is a lottery for gift cards. It was for Mothers Day @8.30am and as I walked in an employee(elderly woman with gray hair a little on the heavy side) gave me a look which made me feels so unwelcomed.Her job is to greet people, but not to put a price tag on their worth. I came in with my two children and I wasnt wearing expensive itmes.So maybe she thought I came for free stuff, I dont know?!....but its just soooo rude!!! They have quality items and other employees are nice, one of them is Irene (she is like an sunshine)!!!! But the thought that I will see the Mothers day lady again keeps me away from them!

Its my favorite store to buy stuff for me and my family but I had a very poor service with one of the manager when I bought I soccer ball as a gift to my cousin and it got a whole on it so I brought the ball back from overseas to exchange it and she asked me for a receipt or something which I didnt have it with me so she just shut me down period and its the one who was there with the girl ring me up! Just not happy with the manager and her attitude.

Where do I start on describing this store? Really I could use just two words. LOVE IT!! This Marshalls is the best store around. All the employees and managers are so nice and helpful. The store is organized and clean throughout. Its hard to not buy anything when I come in here. Every week they bring in new clothes and merchandise for an incredible price! I wish I could buy everything in this store!!

I was initially upset with buying a skin cream whose box did not match the brand inside. However, I was more disappointed when I return the item back to the store the next day and having the manager accusing me of theft.

I like buying shoes here but they never seem to have a variety of sizes of the average womans foot which is an 8 and never a variety of shoes in smaller sizes for those who dont wear the average size like a size 5

Reasonable prices and good quality clothing. One of my favorite outlet stores. My mom and i go here often and it is so close to the other shopping centres its easy to get all of our shopping done at the same time.
