I love this Target store. Over all, the customer service is great and they are very friendly to (legitimate) couponers. The store is also just a bit larger than our store in Chambersburg with a few more choices, especially in the grocery department. The cashiers are friendly, but if they are not completely trained when faced with a coupon issue, or a gift card not ringing up properly, there are supervisors or managers close by so the customers are not left waiting. The restrooms could be kept just a bit cleaner, but that is really the only slight negative I can say. They have a unisex/family restroom that locks in addition to the mens and womens restroom. The store itself is very clean and stays quite organized. Im frequently asked if I am finding everything I need by employees just walking by or stocking shelves. I love the location of this store, its in a strip center behind the mall, and close to several places I love to shop, and also just off I-81.

Terrible Customer Service I used to come here years ago often, it was pleasant then. Nowadays I hate to go in for anything. Ive been over charged for numerous items on different occasions. After noticing a pattern when I visit, I make sure to document what the listed price is. The 2nd incident I noticed the error in the parking lot, went back in to address the issue. The CSR said "oh, for some reason everything rings up higher" I said luckily I noticed before leaving. She gave me a refund of the difference which was more than a dollar

Target was soooo disappointing. The shelves were very empty and there was not a single cart to use in the store. They clearly need more employees and also, the plus size clothes selection is severely lacking. I shop at Target so I can avoid Walmart but I questioned that decision today. Sad.

Who doesnt love Target? This one is clean and has the adjoining Starbucks which makes this the mom-on-the-go stop for everyone I know. Bummer that they dont have more organic options. No organic produce at all which really sucks.

Very useful store; go frequently. The only store I can find the low-cal, fat free tarter sauce for fish and low sugar ketchup. Adult womens clothing could be better quality and more appropriate to women working in an office.

Not a bad store, got all the usual target departments and selection. Beats the hagersville wally-world hands down. Never had a issue here. I returned a router once with the box open and they didnt give me a problem.

The Target store in Hagerstown, MD is solid. Snack bar, Starbucks, Photo Lab, Groceries, nicely sized clothing department. Its busy during holidays but generally not too crowded. Staff are helpful and happy.

Great little Target, not a full sized dept store, but a very nice reasonable alternative to the Walmart Supercenter; and it feels like a store, vs a Warehouse with Registers.

The shelves are empty, the parking lot is full of carts (making pedestrians have to walk into car traffic), and the bathroom was foul/filthy/disgustingly sticky.
