I was treated horribly at this Target today. I am a frequent shopper at this location and spend upwards of $100 per week here. Due to my experience today I will no longer give this place my business. I came in with my two young children (2 months and 2 years old). It is stressful enough trying to grab a few items with young children just to be treated with pure disrespect. I found a line that had one person before me and preceded to load my items for check out. The man scanned my items and as I used the card reader to complete check out it was broken and kept cancelling my transaction. Instead of calling a manager the associate sent me to customer service with a ticket that had my total cost on it and told me I needed to check out there because his line was getting too long as if all the other customers time was more important than mine. I took the ticket to customer service where there was a long wait. My two children at this point started to become restless so I went back to the associate that sent me away and asked that he call his manager. He replied that he would do it after he helped another gentleman before me. Yet again dismissing me. Another lady at the register beside me was free so I asked that she check me out. The ticket would not work so she had to rescan all my items while my children were crying. The previous associated watched her and did not even offer to help even though she was his elder and I was his originally customer. I was livid and embarrassed and I spoke with the manager who was dismissive and did not even listen to what happened as she thought I came over from self check out. She simply said we can give you $5.00 off your purchase as if that gave me back by time or as if that was my goal in complaining. If this is the type of staff target is now hiring I will not spend my money there any longer because they clearly do not value all customers. As a young black women it seemed very ironic that all the other customers the man chose to help ahead of me were white males and the woman who was left to fix the problem was a black female. I dont know if race played a part but I was definitely not given the same level of service especially as the primary customer. My business will go elsewhere.

I find it appalling that this store manager has allowed racists, blatant in your face, literally racists, wearing swastikas and dragons on their clothes, to walk around the store like theres no such thing as common decency. Over the weekend of February 10th, 2017 it was reported by numerous customers that people dressed in this garb were in the store. The store manager did NOTHING. Now I know this country is all for free speech but for a company that is all about all inclusiveness, supposedly, then speak up and ask folks to leave when theyre obviously upsetting families/your targeted demographic and staff. I will never shop at this target again.

This is the target to visit in Sterling. The shopping center its located in can be very busy during the weekday/rush hour especially when youre trying to get out and travel towards Ashburn or turn into shopping center form rt.28 This Target is a wee bigger than the one in Sterling park and seems to have a much broader selection or inventory. Parking lot here is large but it can be a pain exiting as the incoming traffic doesnt have a stop sign at the exit so youre at their mercy.

I MEET THIS ONE WOMEN THAT WORKS THERE AT TAGRET AND SHE WORKS REALLY HARD.. SHE TELLS ME SHE AWAKES UP AT 3:30AM TO BE AT TARGET 4AM FROM 12PM THATS A HARD SCHEDULED TO DO FOR 7 YEARS!!! AND STILL GETTING PAID 11:50 !! Come On Target dont you see shes your hardest worker.. she should be getting at least 17 an hour now right now for those passeri hard-working years... just because shes Spanish doesnt know English that wel... they wont give her race pay that she deserves.....

Shawn the employee was very rude. I asked to speak to a manager- I got one who was in training, he was equally as rude... it was not what I expected from target at all!! The GM was there and tried to help the situation but at that point the situation had already accelerated too quickly. She should have stepped in way before that. This was my go to store.. but Ive since found another one who cares more about customer service!

As much as Target advertises that they price match items to their competitors they dont! The staff is rude and have zero knowledge as to what theyre doing, theyre all told to say the same exact thing which is the customer is wrong when it comes to price matching. They treated me horribly with no disregard to my young daughter that was with me. Stupid, waste of time with these people.

I have to mention about one of your employees his name is Ray. His customers service is Outstanding. He is such a big helpful person. I give this Rate for only Ray. He is even on his lunch break still he help me. I love to come back again and shopping only this Target. Thank you very much gentleman. God bless him.

This Target usually has the things that other Targets usually run out of. The person complaining about the Starbucks needs to get over herself (obviously both reviews were written by the same person). One person working there is plenty. Afterall, it is a mini-Starbucks. And I dont think corporate is scared at all.

Can I marry a store? Because I would marry Target. This place is awesome and usually well stocked. They have a TON of parking and they are very easy to get to. They do get crowded during the weekends, but so does everything in Ashburn. The staff is always friendly and ready to help!

Horrible customer service. The photo lab didnt pick up the phone after putting me on hold for 5 minutes. When I press 5 for the photo lab after dialing their store number, it got disconnected. It failed 3 times. I strongly recommend to go to the other Target in Sterling on Potomac Run.

This is our go-to store for Target, with the exception of a recent Target Card issue (not the stores fault but Corporate), the employees are friendly and helpful when we need them. There is a Starbucks and cafe area with small food options. Clean and usually not to crazy in there.

Now this is the type of Target Ive been searching for ever since I moved to this area. Reminds me of the ones back home. Its well stocked, clean, and location is perfect! I like the shopping crowd here and will make this my go to location while Im here.

Clean and convenient location. Best thing is that you can shop later at night when the crowds are less since they close at 11pm. Personnel are nice and friendly. Prices are fair but there are other large retailers with better pricing on various items.

I found out I was pregnant with my 1st in bathroom at this location. Fast Forward 5 years later I purchased the tests that confirmed baby #2. So with that said if your not expecting to be expecting steer clear of their voodoo pregnancy tests
