Poor customer service. Sears wouldnt help me with my new $900 broken dryer because it was one day outside the 30 day window. (literally discovered it was leaking on day 31 - and this is the second issue Ive had with it). Maytag tech came (who were great) but discovered that the SEARS installer who set up the side vent smashed the venting lines trying to get the unit to fit into opening. All the exhaust was recirculating into the dryer instead of outside. After being pushed to speak with one person after the other, Im still trying to get a hold of the Sears delivery department (the EIGHTH person Im been asked to tell my story to). Ive bought all of my appliances through Sears. What a disappointment.

There are so many places to buy appliances and after shopping at several, we wandered into Sears to see what they had to offer. We were very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, they took the time to answer all of our questions, and help us find the right machines to fit our needs.. Now, doing the laundry is less of a chore. Thank you SEARS!

Fair service and the electronics section always looks like the store is going out of business. Went to buy vacuum bags, and as Im looking for the right bag three employees walked up clearly doing something and totally ignored the fact that I was looking for vacuum bags. When I turn to ask for help they acted as if they were annoyed with me.

Person in lawn and garden very helpful. Took time to help me find the right replacement wheel for my mower. Continue to be a fan of Craftsman tools. Lands End nice addition, but selection limited.
