Many dont think of JCPenney as the go to store in this day and time. Its one of those stores from back in the day like Thalhimers. Many dont know that theres lots of deals on great items such as Levis and other clothing as well as household items like linens and towels. This is Richmonds newest location. By far, it has the most to choose from. It was busy when I was there but steady so there was no wait in line to purchase items. JCPenney rewards offers rewards to customers and coupons via email or text on sale items. Ive been pleased with the great deals that Ive found at JCPenney and very pleased with the selection at this location.
