Wonderful place to shop when it comes to the prices, variety of discounted items, customer service, and parking, yet they dont seem to have a Janitor on the premises. About two months ago I was shopping and I needed to use the restroom, the people from Ross wouldnt let me use it because someone had messed up the restroom with blood! I thought someone had an accident Ill just go to Starbucks restroom and Ill even buy a coffee while Im there, but a week later I went back to exchange an item and the restroom was still dirty with blood. That doesnt seem right and they shouldnt have any kind of people near that type of dangerous circumstance.

What is it with Ross and customer service? Absolutely horrible. Went into return a few items and ended up having to convince the clerk that yes, said item was on receipt. The new item did not have a ticket on it - so I understand the confusion. However, the clerk did not seem the least bit interested in helping me locate the item. So I went through the receipt and located it myself. To boot, there are always four other store clerks who "look" busy but arent helping any customers! Pros: Cool stuff at banging prices - just dont expect any help!

This Ross is alright compared to others in the near vicinity. Not everything was on the floor and the staff was actually pretty friendly. The line was very long to check out but moved steadily. Most of the clothes seemed to be sized correctly and the only major problem I encountered was the rug/carpet aisle. There were no magical ones and I couldnt physically walk through because I think someone else was looking for a magical one and left them all out.

Love Ross, hate the customer service at 7 corners. When busy cashier shuffle you out normally without a hello or eye contact, fine! At least the lines move. The last time I went though, I was looked at and passed by repeatedly by two employee who were more concerned by arranging hangers. Neither said a word except " excuse me" as I waited...2 minutes later I walked out without buying anything. Dont want my business? Fine.

Não tinham boas roupas. Acessórios para casa, mesa e banho estava bem completa e variada. Eletrônicos e relógios também péssimo. A loja é bem grande, mas poderia ser muito melhor.

I think the employees display great patience. Parents seem to think it is okay to let their kids run wild and unsupervised. While I was looking at picture frames, I saw kids opening boxes that contained toys and playing with them in the aisles. The moms were nowhere to be seen.

Its difficult to find but really clean. There arent many cashiers and limited home goods. Its mostly clothes and very limited shoes in small sizes for women and limited medium sizes for men. Overall, if Im not in the area, I dont find it worth it shop here.

Usually very crowded, but a pretty good selection of a wide variety of items. I especially like shopping for items like pillows and rugs here because they are super cheap compared to brand new items at Target or even Walmart.

Always crowded here. The line for check out is always long. They have a great selection of itemd, but if your willing to wait in the long line, then its worth it. Friendly staff and they try to make it quick.

Im sure its not the store. I found a few decent bargains. I just do not like that type of shopping experience where you have to go on a treasure hunt if you are trying to find something specific.

Ok selection, but often picked over and the store left in disarray. Many times a line for check out, so be careful if catching a bus from here that you dont miss it while waiting to purchase.

The staff was pretty nice. However, the store was pretty crowded and the many racks of clothes didnt allow for easy navigation with a cart. A lot of the items were damaged.

Dirty, smelly. Always seems to be crowded. Items haphazardly placed. Narrow aisles. I love Ross but this location needs a serious facelift.

Ross has great deals. But, I think the boxes should be harder to open. This can cause kids to open up toy boxes and also to robbery.
