Huh

First I want to say that I shop at Ross stores on a regular, may be 5 times a month. I dont see how this store got a 4 star out of 5 rating. This is my first and my last time ever coming to this Ross! There was clothes all over the floor. The clothing sizes were not in the right section. People were rude. It was stuffy and the isles were tight and no one could pass. The only reason I gave it a 1 was so I could leave a review other than that it would have been a 0.

This particular store rarely clean, garments are frequently missing bits (belts, buttons, etc.), and the kitchen section is sub par at best. As a result if you are willing to rummage, the prices here do tend to be cheaper than other Ross locations, though the quality of the merchandise isnt as high on average.

There is a good selection of seasonal clothes; some brands were expensive and some less expensive. Most shoes were priced b/w $30.00 and $50.00. Winter clothing has been out since last month, including boots, coats, and sweater parkas.

Typical Ross store, though the shelves and racks are a little less full than other Ross stores. You do always see different items here so theyve got great turn around on inventory.

It was clean but the step up of the store is wanting. There is no system in place. Staff is almost nonexistent and the ones there speak little to no English.

I find something nice every time I go. Employee at this location are friendly and have great customer service. You can find nice things at a low price.
