First off, the cashier didnt greet my lady and myself as we entered the store. She didnt even ask if we needed any help. She didnt have any customers, therefore, there was no excuse for not offering any customer service. Secondly, there was only two sales associates and neither one of them had any experience in the mens department. One of them was new to the store and she was the only one offering help. She ask for assistance from the tailors in getting measurements for a blazer for me being that they were men and they had to measure me for alterations anyway. The shorter of the two replied "we dont do measurements, thats the sales associates job." Needless to say I left after thanking that one young for her assistance. I will not be shopping at K&G White Oak again!

What happened to customer service? Not one employee spoke and I was in the store for at least 45 mins. And once I decided on my purchase the employees at the register were so busy laughing & talking they dropped my clothes 3 times. Never again
