I wouldve given this place a higher rating because the prices are pretty good, but majority of the staff there are not very friendly or helpful. The staff members that are awesome enough to help and be friendly to you get treated horribly by the other staff that dont do like they should. Also, the place is a mess. Ive worked in retail before, this place has stuff everywhere, but where it should be and the stuff that is where it should be looks like its just been thrown there. No organization whatsoever.

This was my first time shopping at this particular Ross today. After I purchased my item, the clerk proceeds to hand me my receipt and my item stating "We have no bags". I walked out of the store with my item in my hand. It was either they just ran out of bags or didnt have any since they opened. Im thinking, no one from management is taking care of the issue. Either way, something should have been done. First impressions last forever.

Horrible! The staff was really rude and when I came up to the cash register, the guy working there was totally ignoring me. The only thing he said was the total. He didnt ask how my day was or anything. You dont really shop for "less". Never coming back here again!

Its nice & clean (including the restroom & fitting room). You can find a discount on the clothes you want but you just have to take out the time to look through everything. Dont believe the size on the hanger but the section its in.

Pretty good Ross. Had some good work out stuff and jeans. Just like any other Ross, nothing special. Maybe a little cleaner than your average Ross though.

Great bargains on clothes and household items. However, there is never much variety for female shoes in size 8 1/2 - 9 at any Ross including this one.
