Dont shop here if you expect customer service when something is wrong. Also just back from London and thought Id give this shop a try here in US. Purchased an expensive jacket, got it home and out of the bag it was a wrinkled mess and the zipper caught before it finally took. Went back to the store in less than 12 hours and was told they have a NO RETURN POLICY and as their customer service rep on the phone told me they are not "obliged" to tell you that. I was rushing when making my purchase, and the sign telling me about that policy was located two registers away in very small print. So even though the product is subpar for the price, I am stuck with it. And they claim to be a Global Company! Perhaps try acting like one if your product is good, a few returns shouldnt hurt. Overpriced store and plenty of better options in Georgetown.

Dont buy anyone a gift here, and dont buy anything unless youve tried it on and love it. They have a a customer unfriendly returns policy. Essentially if you or the person to whom you have given a gift want to return the item, you have 14 days. If you go back after that, they wont even give you store credit. You have to exchange it for something else on the spot. We gave a gift for Christmas, went away the next day, and when we got back it was too late to return it. We did not want to be forced to buy something just because that was the only way we could get any value from the return.

Ive been to this location a couple of times now and each time the customer service has been non-existent. While its nice to not be approached a bunch of times while shopping, the employees here dont acknowledge customers at all and seem extremely bothered to do simple things like opening a fitting room.
