I love coming to this place great prices everywhere my favorite employee is Mark hes a very hard worker good looking guy my sister loves him he works great under pressure rings up 7 - 12 customers by himself even after asking for backup... overall outside of people making a mess of the store this Ross is my favorite to come shop

I love Ross always can find great buys! The guys up front Trevor and Mark were so helpful and sweet. You need more associates like them. My checkout was fast and they were even kind enough to answer my questions. Such a great experience.

Still the place to beat for discounted out of fashion clothes/bags! Trickle down effect is what this stores provides to average consumers. The place is clean, has options. You just have to hunt for the sizes!

Customer service is good, other than the manager. She was a bit unpleasant, probably from a long day of complaints, but still, thats no excuse. Their selection is what you can expect from a Ross.

staff is friendly but the place never looks clean or organized. Its not their fault that shoppers dont put stuff back correctly, but they should stay on top of it more.
