Leucine is extremely childish, unknowledgable, and unprofessional. Do yourselves a favor and take your money up the street to the actual red wings store. One could write a book titled "how not to run a shoe and safety apparel store" based on the outlandish and ignorant practices witness here. STRONG EMPHASIS ON IGNORANT. And this is putting it lightly. A bit of added advice; go in the store so Leucine isnt able to hang up on you, shes a fan of that. I hope this helped to save your time and money.

Great business to take your damaged luggage and shoes for repair. They have experience and are dedicated to their work. Their service is professional ,friendly and very knowledgeable. Considering the price to purchase new luggage, I highly recommend that you stop by their shop and consider repairing rather than replacing. I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to go to them in the future. They also offer safety footwear and apparel, great selection and quality.

This place is a complete joke of a business. Leucine is completely unknowledgable and more than likely under educated. She has No clue what shes talking about and will tell you anything to get you out the door. This place is a waste of time. The building would benefit better if they would shut it down put in a sperm bank

I would give ZERO star if I could. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this store; run away from them. The owners are extremely unprofessional, arrogant and they steal...I mean STEAL. Alex - stealing wont make you rich and wont make you the only biggest store or guy in Loudoun county, as you keep dreaming. Good luck!

Very excellent customer service. Open on time. Alex will go as far as giving a lifetime warranty on the shoes he repairs. Lucine will go out of her way to make sure the customer is happy. They sell high-end products at affordable prices. I would gladly recommend them. Lucine, you rock!

Great selection of security and law enforcement equipment & supplies. Very professional and well recommended. Their staff is very helpful and extremely knowledgable of the products they sell. A+ Customer service. They even offer embroidery and patch soweing and pants hemming.
