This Walmart is the worst Walmart you can every choose to work. First of all they go by a point system you can and will be fired after making 4 points during their 6 month probation period. Which is ridiculous any regular job puts you on probation for at least 30days. I was an employee at this Walmart for four months and a damn good one. I ran into some car trouble which prevented me from going to work because I have no family or anyone who was willing to transport me back and forth. I explained my situation to CO MANAGER KRIS and she told me to just call the hotline and make sure I was calling out, I thought because I spoke to her that everyone (team managers) would know why I wasnt coming Into work.A week pasted and I called to tell them I still didnt get my car fixed only to find out I was already terminated the night before . How can they do that !!? I live in Rochester !! If there was a bus that could take me out there I would of had no problem making it to work, I asked for a transfer so I would have to lose my job just they denied me but to then fire me over a natural disaster in this case both of my cars breaking down I wonder what exactly they would of liked me to do ?! Walmart DOSENT care about their employees , their just a face to a name tag!! Im outraged that I was fired over me not being able to get to work because of where I live . I asked assistant manager josh if I can apply at another Walmart and he told me NO WALMART WOULD EVER HIRE ME BECAUSE OF MY 4 POINTS. I feel like this is discrimination on many grounds because at the end of day I was the only black cashier there, when I even called to speak to him I felt he was annoyed by the tone of his voice . And he didnt really care to even hear me out and help me . If an employee is judged on the worth ethics because of points I dont even want to. Work for Walmart because I know my worth I rather work a company that Makes me feel like Im a part of a family and where Im appreciated .

Came into Wal-Mart with a group and as we shopped a few of us went back to the car, because we were all beat from camping all week. The lady at the register and her friggin black ops security team swarmed us checking out since we had a two twelve packs. Thats fine we were all over 21 but then they start accusing us of not being 21 and made one of us go out to the car to get our friends we walked in with just to check their IDs. At this point I could of have a Damn about the beers but I waited patiently for my friends to return one of which had already fallen asleep out there. When the realized that we were all well over 21 and they looked like fools the finally started ringing up the order. I was standing there waiting for them to start scanning it for a solid 20 mins....Ive been to plenty of Wal-Marts and had no problems over the years but this 50 year old security teams a joke

The worst store ever is the Geneseo NY Walmart I purchased a pair of earrings from there and caught a serious ear infection it was so bad I ended up in the emergency room reported it to the store manager and he said nobody is gonna do anything for you so buyer beware if your planning on buying any jewelry from there they put dirty earings back up for resale u had to share this with the community because I do not want to see any one go through what I did my ear was leaking puss for a week and not just that the emergency room bill is not cheap plus the antibiotics to cure the ear infection cost money also so please beware of the jewelry at Geneseo NY Walmart

Terrible. No cashiers. Customer behind me broke cartoon of eggs on floor. Cashier took no immediate action to close line and do what we were taught on Spill clean up procedures. So upset walked out without groceries. Turned around went back. Some bags in next customers cart. Still Two customers in line. My concern was that someone may SLIP and get hurt. Customer in line who said they worked in customer service there told me to get out of there and leave cashier alone. Cashier did say he was doing the best he can.

Most depressing place in my town possibly the world... And why are there only big carts and no little ones when I go there.... Wegmans always has little carts available. But I still go here when I need to buy a lamp, some windshield wipers, and dinner. Plus the prices are cheaper than wegmans so I guess the moral of this review is that you get what you pay for.... And more... Like depression

I only go to Walmart for something specific that I need very quickly. It is hard to find most things. They have many things but little variety of brands of those products. This location leaves a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. Think local, shop local.

This walmart has by far the worst tire care Center in new york, filled with lazy, rude and very unknowable people, definitely worth the drive to Rochester to avoid having your vehicle taken care of by ppl who actually know what ur talking about

went after supper on a Thursday, plenty of parking, only a few registers open but the express was quick, the previous customers and cashier quite pleasant...found what we came for easily and a few extras that were helpful and nice surprise!

Wow. This is an impressive looking Walmart from the outside and just as nice inside. Stopped here while coming back home from Letchworth and Im glad I did. Really nice store for food and home essentials.

Nicely kept store, but rude service if you cant find something (the website always says they have stuff that they dont.) Didnt realize your job is standing around talking to other employees, my bad.

I hate this Walmart. Its always slow at the registers. Im always asking for thee manager to go look for something that isnt on the shelf. This Walmart made me boycott Walmart as a whole for a year.

Its a nice store but it needs more items that is listed online, since it is supposed to be a super center. Plus I dont get why it isnt open all night any more! :(

For a Walmart, and between Henrietta and Geneseo, make the trip to Geneseo.....much nicer, cleaner, overall better experience.

I wish they would reduce the size of the end caps. It prohibited a nice flow. Especially with people just stopping in the aisle

Majority of the staff is friendly and the store is pretty clean and organized compared to the other Walmarts around.
