I went to the store on 07/15/2016 around 4pm. My young daughter had to use the restroom. So not knowing where it was I asked an older lady in electronics where they were. She looked at me then looked at both of my daughters and looked at me again. After almost a minute of awkwardness she told me it was up front by the customer service counter. Then she tells me that I am not allowed to take her in and that she would have to go in on her own because they dont have family restrooms. I have always taken her in the mens room and have never had an issue anywhere! She went on to tell me she is trying to get one put in but since there isnt one I am not allowed to take her. I reluctantly let my 7 year old take her in because I didnt want to start trouble. After thinking about it I am first off upset I just didnt do our normal routine and take her myself. Seeing how dirty the store was I can only imagine how bad the restrooms were. Second I shouldve talked to the manager about the lady making a natural situation seem weird. Never again will I visit that store!

I go to this Walmart about 4 times a year to get a gas propane bottle exchanged. I go into the store and pay for it. After I pay for it the cashier pages someone to meet me outside to do the exchange. So I drive my car over to do the exchange because its a long walk. 75% of the time I either wait for 10-15 minutes or have to go back in the store and ask for help again. When the employees do come out to help its like theyre walking in slow motion and are usually unfriendly. I now look at it as entertainment just to go there and watch!!! What amazes me is how these stores stay in business!!!!

I only go to Walmart, if and when I need to... I would prefer to order online or visit anywhere else... but sometimes Walmart is the only option to get what I need quickly and when I am desperate. There are several Walmart locations in my area... all would get a 0 star review, if Google allowed that... There are no staff around, ever, unless they are at a register. If I manage to find a staff member they are either "on break", unable to answer the question(s) I might have and have no knowledge of the store or where product is located. Dont shop here.

Terrible to say the least. Bought Mac n cheese for my sons military care package, for he is on deployment in middle east. The price rang up incorrect and to make a long story short I waited 11 minutes until the price that I new was correct finally got adjusted properly. You asked and that is my crappy experience I had today @ your store. I am a loyal Walmart shopper. Maybe I should shop @ wegmans instead,in the future.

Wish I could give it a zero. Just terrible customer service, always messy, the customers are not any better. Was behind a lady using WIC checks like a pro, dividing each check equally amongst her baby food. She did not prewarn me when I got behind her in line, and when they FINALLY decided to open the next lane, they took the very last few people in line instead of me who had been waiting for 15-20minutes

This is a an older Walmart, so its not going to have everything as it is not a super center. It is also not open 24hrs. This store carries milk, has a Redbox, and a mobile phone and optical center. There are no restaurants in this store, although this location has tried to incorporate one in the past. Lines are fairly short. Check out times are around a few minutes on average.

People who work there are not helpful at all! Asked an employee where memory cards were, she pointed and said around the corner and never even looked at me.. so unprofessional! If you dont like your job quit but be thankful you have one! This store needs to have seminars on how to treat customers! Disgusted

...unfriendly employees, clueless and unhelpful. I didnt even get a smile or anything from the customer service reps, they were just miserable the entire time. They were not helpful at all at answering any of my questions. I feel sorry that this is the best that Greece can offer.

This Wal-mart is not very good, the workers in this store look like they are sad to be there, and if you ask for help, they either tell you anything to get you to leave or give you poor directions. I do not recommend this store at all.

The store was dimly lit, the lay- out was confusing. The selection was substandard compared to other Wal-Mart stores. There were not enough check out lanes open. Staff members were confused as to what products they had.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I wanted any help finding something finally some great service at Walmart. Great time to go in I was asked buy a few workers if I needed any help finding anything.

What more can one say for the non-super size Wal Mart? What I can say I is that as a visitor from out-of-the-area is that Ive never had a problem finding some good athletic wear aw at this place

This Wal-Mart generally has a good selection. If you can get passed the raddy atmosphere inside this particular location and the awful parking, its ok as far as Wal-Marts go.

A Walmart not crazy crowded! It may not be big, but its got everything youll need. The cleanest, organized nice clearance aisle too.. pretty clean, quiet. Relaxed shopping!

This is not a Super Walmart. Its a good place for everything you need from Walmart just without the big food section. Store is clean and employees are helpful.

Love this walmart. Its never too crowded. Makes shopping trips fast and easy. Cashiers are much nicer here too since place is not that busy.

Needs to upgrade. It is not Super Wal Mart Center. I moved from Henrietta to Greece and I surely missed Henrietta Super WalMart! :-(

Not a super center, but its generally more quiet than other Walmarts. Its also smaller, so there is A LOT crammed into a small space
