Ordered 2 pairs of Ben Sherman mens dress pants over the phone on 2/18. Had to call 4 times in 12 days to find out where they were. No one seemed to know and I was eventually disconnected the first three times. However, Felicia finally answered on the 4th call. She was outstanding! Spent quite a bit of time finding and sending the pants. She actually no longer had one of the pairs in their store, and found them at another store in CA and got all information communicated so they could send the other pair. Outstanding customer service after 3 non-starter calls before her. Really appreciated Felicias help. She should get 5 stars for sure!

I rarely write reviews, but this store is probably the worst Rack I have been in. I can never find anything of worth in the store, except for some shoes on occasion. The womens section is just awful. It is usually so disorganized. The clearance racks are from the 90s, that is how worn things appear. Really, Nordys, could this get any worse??? The new Rack in Springfield has such better merchandise. Whats up with that? Dont waste your time here.....move on to any other store in the mall.

I went in to Nordstrom looking for a birthday/Christmas gift for my mom. I didnt really know what I wanted to get her, but an associate at the store, Polly, helped me pick out the perfect gift, a beautiful watch for my mom. She was very thoughtful and genuine, as well as helpful in helping me find a gift for my mom. She definitely made an impression on me and I will come back to Nordstrom because of her!

I normally shop at the Pentagon City Nordstrom. Today I was lucky enough to be helped by “Tia.” I believe her real name is Yattia A. I could not find a North Face jacket in my size so she offered to help me find it. She called over ten stores and got it. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you TIA. You are an asset to Nordstrom.
