I will never return to this service center!!! It took me 40 minutes just to drop my keys off at the front desk for installation of my online purchased tires. They were over 1 1/2 hours beyond my promised time for completion. When I picked up my car, three of the hubcaps were scratched. I asked to speak to the manager who looked at my car for about 30 seconds and then announced that I had been driving over curbs and that was why they were scratched. This was a ridiculous claim since the damage was in a perfect circular pattern and was a singular deep scratch all the way around. This is not the type of damage that occurs when you run up against a curb. These people could care less and I just pray that my tires dont fall off while driving. Never under any circumstances will I ever return.

Utterly Fantastic Experience.. the negative reviews below mustve been before the mgmt change because I couldnt be more complimentary. NO, Im neither an employee nor a friend of a Sears employee. In fact, Im a middle-aged car nut whos finally found a 2nd shop I can trust my Porsche suspension work with in Richmond. Not only were their staff and service techs courteous, they were not bait and switchers. I paid what the estimate was and even got a courtesy call on items they found that I KNEW need attention soon. And not the " your $46 air filter is dirty" nonsense that most local shops pull. They even performed an alignment on my Porsche 944 which NO ONE but the Porsche dealer could do... KUDOS!

I give no stars I had to give one .THEY HAVE 2 mechanics that are doing services that take longer verses getting people out the door who have 20 to 30 min services they need. IM STILL STANDING HERE AS WE SPEAK 2 hours have passed maybe 2 1/2 and Im waiting for a OIL CHANGE!!!!! MY CAR IS ALREADY LIFTED IN THE AIR AND I CANT LEAVE NOW AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK I SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER UNLESS YOU HAVE A TENT AND FOOD TO WAIT ALL DAY!!!!! AND JUST FOUND OUT THAT THE MECHANICS WENT TO LUNCH WHILE PEOPLE ARE HERE WAITING SEARS IS DEFINITELY BOTTOM OF THE BARREL JUST TO GET SIMPLE TASKS DONE then the mechanic comes off lunch and tells me my oil change will be 15min

This is a nice place to go right now, if you are looking for deals. Not sure what is happening with Sears, but everything seems to be on sale here at the moment (Feb 2017) and their inventory of Craftsman tools are priced to move. Went there looking for rolling tool cabinets and found price slashed like 50%. Staff seems nice, but there not a lot of staff to be seen there.

I searched for a clerk to assist finding a part for my lawn tractor and after 20 minutes gave up and while still in the store used my phone and went online and ordered what I needed from Amazon. I always use and trust Craftsman tools and years previous this was the store I would mostly likely visit and they had a very helpful sales staff.

WARNING!!!! After 30 years in the auto repair business I have NEVER dealt with a more incompetent repair operation. 22 months trying to get my tires balanced. Took it to another shop this morning and they are finally balanced. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. This "shop" will be out business soon. Not soon enough though.

The store is empty, no customers and certainly no employees to help you if by chance u want to buy something. They constantly send me coupons, but, when I try to redeem them, it never applys to the item im trying to buy. Very frustrating. Just avoid the store, its a waste of ur time

I am sitting here waiting for my car with the two rear tires off for 1 hour & 20 minutes. There are 4 cars in bay & shouldnt take this long. I will never ever come back here. This was my third and final trip even if the tires are under warranty. Just not worth it!
